Same as before. 5-star staff hospitality and location, but 3-star hotel and 1-star for the two tier pricing system. Adding pictures of the breakfast and supper area.

It was overall an enjoyable stay. Will consider to stay again if we visit.

Atour hotels never disappoint. The room was extremely new and clean and an absolute delight to stay in. The location is a little further away from the station but otherwise perfect.

I love this hotel Atour. Staff are helpful. Bed is perfect and good for sleep.

Despite the name, this hotel is not on West Lake. Here's how to get to West Lake from this hotel: - Option 1: 5-7 min walk to Wulin Square subway, then approx 2 stations to Longxiangqiao subway station, then a 6 min walk to West Lake (including security checks & walking in the subway stations, approx 30 min) - Option 2: 20-25 min Didi ride (normally through traffic) to popular parts of West Lake Other tips to keep in mind: - hotel is not visible from the road and the entrance is obscured by a protective parking lot barrier so taxi / Didi drivers will have difficulty finding the location - cleanliness standards are low-to-medium: dishes not clean at breakfast area, stained sheets, plumbing/housekeeping service people left boot tracks in the washroom - good laundry facilities with washer & dryers, staff are generally helpful

The hotel is as good as the pictures in the review. The hotel system is modern. The staff is attentive. The room is clean and fully equipped. However, the bathroom does not have a place to hang clothes. It is a bit inconvenient. I would like to suggest adding more places to hang clothes. Overall, it is impressive. I recommend this hotel.

酒店地理位置很好，去哪裡都方便。地鐵1、3號線B口出，走幾百米就到了，要是怕曬可以從杭州大廈購物中心裏走，B座進，從二樓連廊走到D座出來，過個馬路就到了，商場品類很全，逛吃也不錯，非常方便。訂了家庭房，房間很大，衞生間乾濕分離，床很大很舒服，窗是雙層的，隔音很好。酒店性價比很高，小傢伙表示下次來杭州還要住這裏。

位置沒得説，離西湖等著名景點都很近，訂外賣打車都很方便，前台也算熱情，算是這個位置性價比高的了，衞生還需要再提升一下，床單有明顯黑點。
