This is a pretty nice hotel. It will give you all your basic necessities. Are the staff seemed somewhat friendly. There was only a few drawbacks the pool was cold and the western restaurant was not open. But overall, I think you will be happy with the experience.

We truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It's new, spotlessly clean, stylishly modern, and the service was excellent throughout. I was especially excited about the outdoor swimming pool and the facilities – they did not disappoint! The pool area is beautifully maintained, with comfortable loungers and a great relaxing vibe. What really set this hotel apart for me, though, were the little artistic touches – the beautiful paintings and angel statues scattered around the interior.

I was a good experience, the service was quite friendly. they allowed us me and my freinds to have a late checkout at 2 pm. The sauna was great with the bleutooth so you could play your own music. The swimming pool was good enough. The room was amazing and spacious as expected from the hotel website with a comfortable mattress. 😊😊😊

We stayed at this hotel for 9 days in April. It’s in a quiet clean and safe neighborhood. A subway station is just about 10 minutes walk and the subway system of the city is well developed. Easy access to all attractions of Hangzhou though the super-efficient subway. The longest ride we took was to the international airport. It took about an hour with a fare just about $1. Much faster than taxi. The hotel is relatively new and kept in a very good condition. Room is quite spacious with a sizable shower room. Everything is clean and comfortable, and room services are on call 24-7. Breakfast is like a feast, Chinese style supplemented with Western style. Cafeteria manager Mrs. Fan范 greets every guest and very attentive to guests’ needs. Breakfast is not free but hotel manager advised us to sign up for the hotel chain membership for a fee of less than $30 and all the breakfast became free. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The front desk manager Mr. Wang 汪 helped us check in and set up Wifi. It’s quite tricky and took a long time, because our phones are with U.S. carrier T-Mobile. He was very patient to get this done and advised us the membership for free breakfast. A little surprise, there are robots in the hotel delivering DoorDash style foods to rooms and they also deliver room supplies if needed. We recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel environment is elegant, the lobby beautifully designed, and the facilities were well maintained, including the gym, swimming pool, and sauna. The room was quiet, clean, and spacious, with a simple cozy decor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, that made our sleep great. All the staff were friendly, courteous, and efficient. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious food in a bright and comfortable dining area. I would like to give special thanks to Ms. Ada Pang (彭). Her service was exceptionally professional and attentive. Knowing that we are two senior guests, she went above and beyond to help us : introducing local attractions, arranging transportation, recommending restaurants, and looking after us with great care. She was always warm, considerate, and proactive in offering assistance. Thank you so much, Ada, for making us feel truly welcome and cared for. Because of you and the wonderful team, we had a satisfying stay. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we revisit Hangzhou !
