am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my current stay at your hotel, where I have made a reservation for 14 days. I had booked and fully paid in advance for a room for three people with a sea view and a balcony, as clearly stated in my reservation. However, upon arrival, I was given a room without a sea view. I immediately asked the receptionist, Ms. Seneb, why I was not given the room I had paid for. Unfortunately, her response was very unprofessional and dismissive. She told me there were no other rooms available and that she couldn’t do anything about it. She did not speak to me with respect or try to help find a solution. This is unacceptable. I paid extra money for a sea view and a balcony, and I did not receive what I booked. On top of that, the toilet in the room has a strong, unpleasant smell, which was there from the moment I entered. I even asked the housekeeping staff for help, and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it either. I have been here for seven days now, and I have been asking every day at the reception to speak with the hotel manager. Every time, I am told something different — either that the manager is not in the hotel or that he will come later. But I know he is in the office, and still, no one allows me to speak with him. I was promised that someone would help me or find another room, but no one ever followed up. Furthermore, I booked a room for three people, but I only received one double bed and a sofa. I have to share the bed with my younger daughter, and my older daughter sleeps on the sofa, which is very uncomfortable. She now has back pain every day and does not want to sleep on it anymore. This is not a proper arrangement for three guests, especially considering how much I paid. At this point, I feel completely ignored and disrespected. I am very upset because this was supposed to be a relaxing holiday for my family, but instead, I feel stressed, disappointed, and mistreated. I paid a significant amount of money and have not received the quality or service that was promised. I still have seven days left here, but honestly, I feel like leaving earlier because I no longer enjoy my stay. This experience has ruined my holiday. I feel like I’m being treated as if I am staying here for free — which is absolutely not the case. I request an immediate response and a solution to this situation. I expect either the proper room I paid for or appropriate compensation for this inconvenience
