Splash World Venus Beach

Séjour mémorable au vénus beach à hammamet, je commence par les points négatifs, chambre standard 262 avec balcon vue sur piscine avec toboggans, cette dernière était a notre avis pas trop mal, les WC et salle de bain demanderait un grand rafraîchissement, de la peinture partout, même dans la baignoire ! Odeur nauséabonde à notre arrivée au niveau des canalisations. Je met un point important sur la peinture qui a été posée vraiment n importe comment et surtout n importe où ! Débordement sur les portes, finitions bâclée, des retouches par ci par la et visibles ! Ce qui donne un aspect sale à la chambre alors qu elle est propre en vrai, vraiment pas top à ce niveau là. Il faudrait revoir le peintre en question ! Sérieusement ! A part ça ok pour le reste. Couloir vétuste et meme chose pour la peinture, tout est bâclé à notre avis ,le problème vient du peintre nous pensons que cela demanderait donc une grande rénovation. Nous pensons egalement que cet hôtel mériterait une 4 ème étoile 🌟 si ce n était pas le cas. Autre point négatif les sanitaires WC près de la réception et près de la piscine principale. En 10 jours jamais je n ai été au toilettes à ces endroits, obligé de remonter à la chambre, toilettes sales constamment. Sinon le reste rien à dire, nourriture très bonne et très variée. Le service accueil est très réactif au moindre petit soucis. Excursions au top niveau qualité prix! Je voudrais vraiment terminer par le point le plus positif de ce séjour c est bien évidement l'animation, chaque animateur est top top top ! Du matin jusqu au couché ! Aux abords de la piscine, mousse party piscine , plage j en passe tellement y en a ! Mini disco chaque soir à 20h30 et ambiance garantie pour les enfants même les adultes. Les animateurs sont vraiment au taquet ! Je pense que mes enfants n oublieront pas de sitôt ce séjour rien que pour ça ! Merci à tous d'ailleurs continuez comme ça ! Vraiment dommage pour les sanitaires sinon c est 4 étoiles direct pour ma part ! C est faisable ! 😀 bisous de Belgique de nous 4 !

Transport to Hotel We all got on the coach to find we had to wait 40 mins to set off for no reason or explanation:- the Hotel was the last drop off so expect a longer ride than advertised. Arrival at Venus Beach Reception said go and get some food while they check in first people at desk :- the food looked horrendous, scabby bits of left overs , we looked and thought let’s get a cold drink instead as it was just midnight and we was very thirsty as stuck on the bus for over 1.5 hours could see several bar men behind the bar .. they all said it was closed.. I said I only want a cold Coke or lemonade or juice and they said bar closed !!!! The reception should anticipate arrivals and have some cold drinks ready. Check in and The Room Firstly when checking in you have to fill out a form then the reception says very bluntly you now pay us £35.00 sterling …We paid extra for a seaview room … which had a great view of the sea but as soon as you walked in the smell was horrendous… we looked in the wardrobes and they must be 70 years old and smelt musty and you would definitely not put your clothes in them..the room was very dated and dead silverfish creatures where everywhere.. the bathroom door was bigger then frame so would not close “ I though what the hell have we walked into” it’s definitely a point to note it is a 3 Star Hotel and this highlights it doesn’t matter what the Tripadvisor score is it’s a 3 Star Hotel. We have only been back 2 days and I’ve already got 2 of the Animation Team asking for 10/10 reviews as they need it. Entertainment & Animation Team The Team are fantastic and really do go out of there way to be nice and friendly to everyone, they leave you alone if you don’t want to participate but all they want is for you to have fun. The waterpark is great and the staff and lifeguards are very friendly. The swimming pools are clean and nice :- they seem to have a problem with kidds pooing in the pool which I have never seen before … so we never went in for a day after they closed it down to clean!! Food and Restaurant The food is nice if you get there early as it gets busy.. they don’t seem to have enough tongs so you see people picking up meat then chips and putting it back down :/ so go careful if your a vegetarian as it happens all the time. The waiters will only look after you if they think they will get a tip so you have a choice either tip early or get your own drinks and remove your own plates, you can definitely tell who tips on the first day !!! Two Tier System . Overall a great Holiday but not sure I would return. I don’t like kids pooing in the pool or bad smelling accommodation or feeling I’m a 2nd class to everyone else.

Absolutely fantastic experience, myself and husband with 3 kids ages 6, 13, 16. Good great, the experience was amazing the waiter Akrem was amazing each day he had the table set drinks on arrival, what brilliant with the kids Entertainment was brilliant Lots to do will be booking again

the workers are the nicest people ever, they have the best and funniest entertainments and tricks, the hotel itself is really nice and the services are great, the food is really good. thank you so much drama lama and Lilyy , mimi , sam ,spaiderman , momo , gaston we will definitely be back

We spent 7 nights in this Hotel and I would highly recommend it for Families. The animation crew are very friendly and excellent with the kids!! They are always trying to keep you busy and entertained. The food is excellent and plenty of it!!! You do not need to leave the Hotel if you don't want to as it has all the facilities you need. There are 2 shops in the Hotel. I would advise getting some Dinar out at the airport or else you can walk up the road from the Hotel (in the heat!!!). The Waterpark is very good and the swimming pools are big. We booked the quad bike excursion with Mohammed who you will see walking around the pool with his clipboard. He is very nice, don't book with anyone else. The quad excursion cost us 540 dinar for 2 adults and 1 child, which is about 45 euros for over 2 hours. Rooms are very clean and tidy and staff are friendly.

Lovely hotel, Fantastic entertainment team.. they never stop and they are always smiling, big shout out to Mimi! & team. The bar, restaurant & cleaning staff also deserve a mention as they were fab.
