The room was not clean and the hotel staff refused to even provide basic amenities such as toilet papers, napkins, soap bars, slippers and laundry bags. Worse off, they checked us in at 4 am but refused to extend late check out time for us. The front desk agent named Kristina was very very rude and lied to us about the room types and availability

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. They were very accommodating with my requests. The hotel is extremely clean which is the most important thing and very up to date. My only wish is that they offered complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby. But I would definitely come back in the future

Stayed here for a night before we went to Six flags. Great location for it. The staff were super friendly and nice. The room was very clean and modern. The only downside was how thin the walls are. We could hear everything.

We stayed here last night when looking for a Marriott property near but not right next to I-95. This Courtyard is less than a year old and has a new and innovative design for the brand. The lobby has a large seating area, a bar, and a breakfast bistro with indoor and extensive outdoor seating. The large guest rooms maximize space and have comfortable beds and seating and up-to-date tech. There is a state-of-the-art workout room. The whole property is fresh and modern. There was a bag of snacks and drinks for Marriott Gold members at check-in. The staff was uniformly welcoming and helpful. In particular, Martha in the bistro is personable, efficient, and truly warm; she somehow developed a personal relationship with every guest. Final bonus for those of us with EVs, while not mentioned on the Marriott list of amenities online, there were working Chargepoint chargers with full Level 2 service available in well marked parking spaces, free of charge. Overall, an upscale experience.

Stayed here this past weekend and overall it was great! Got a King Bedroom—it was modern, clean and quite spacious! The bathroom was nice as well. There’s a couch in the room, along with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker! However, I was a bit disappointed that there was no safe in our room, to put our valuables in. Front desk/room service was fine. And the check-in/check-out process was a breeze.

Stayed one night with my daughter while in the area for an athletic event. Felt the price was high for what was offered and location. Lobby was nice and new with a nice bistro/bar area as well as an outdoor area for drinks/socializing at night. Snack shop was well stocked and carried extra toiletries for anything forgotten. Desk staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help. In the bathroom , really liked the shower design with an opening from the outside to pass in toiletries/towel without getting wet as well as footbar for shaving. Bed was comfortable. Only negative was the bathroom was not 100% clean with hair left in the shower as well as the grout was a bit grimy in spots.

We stayed there for superbowl Sunday, Overall the Hotel is brand new with everything new modern design. We arrived a bit early so we checked out the amenities, Pool was great and very clean, outside patio was beautiful. The room was exceptionally clean and again beautiful designed! Will definitely stay there again!

Very nice brand new hotel big issue is. No signage near EV charger constantly not occupied by electric cars. Needs signage. Please! Nice room otherwise, nice little goodies for titanium elite guest. Nice parking spots, nice outdoor area as well.
