Glasgow (Hamilton)

This was a really lovely experience from start to finish and the most wonderful staff. Robina was so kind, helpful and caring during my visit and honestly demonstrated the best hospitality customer service I have experienced in a very long time. From start to finish her kindness was expressed all throughout my stay and I am very grateful to her. I will definitely return and especially due to the nature of the incredible customer services which I experienced today from herself and the team.

We always stay at the Premier Inn Hamilton if we are visiting Glasgow or Edinburgh. It makes for a great spot between the two and is normally cheaper than staying in the city centre ones, it is located right beside the motorway or a short walk away from Hamilton Central train station, it's perfect for travelling into Glasgow with ease. Staff are always so friendly and willing to go above and beyond, check-in is always easy, and being a Premier Inn: you always know what to expect! We stay here a few times a year but have noticed mainly on this visit, some of the walls in our room and in lobby's are starting to become marked or dented and the exterior around reception is beginning to look a bit run down and untidy, it's a shame seeing a brand like this letting down their appearance! It would be good to see some improvement for next time as Premier Inn should be keeping on top of it, especially with the revenue they are taking in! We did try the Beefeater attached for our evening meal and always love it: food is always served fresh off the grill and cooked to perfection, you can't go wrong with a Beefeater. All in all, we love staying at Premier Inn Hamilton, although I would advise shopping around as the prices rocket up some weekends... and others can be £49 a night.

Most premier inns are the same standard so you know what you are getting and I like that and this one does what a good premier inn should I will use it every time iam in the area the food is good but I do love the breakfast it's good value and you can eat as much as you want

Checked in early on Christmas Eve at an extra cost of £10. Check in seemed reasonable, got to room and it was dark and dinghy with a terrible noice above the ceiling what sounded like air conditioning and there was a view of the bins at the back from the window. Went to reception to ask for another room as had asked for one at front which was not the case when seeing the room. Next room given was next door to the one on the third floor just the same as previous one. Third time on asking for another room, it was to the front and more comfortable which l had asked for in the first place when checking in. The receptionist did get a bit shirty when l asked for a room at the front and said the they had a lot of people that night? Not sure what that was about as I checked in at 12 pm. She didn’t provide a very professional manor to help sort out the situation which was very disappointing as l was looking forward to our stay over Christmas. The rest of the staff on reception were lovely and helpful.

Wonderfully warm welcome from the two ladies on duty when we arrived on a very cold and icy Friday evening made us feel truly welcome. Equally friendly staff on duty the next morning. As usual at a Premier inn, the room was warm, comfortable and quiet and our bed wonderful - all of which set us up to cope with the blizzard conditions the next morning.

I have stayed here now on numerous occasions. The rooms are clean and very comfortable and quiet. The staff are wonderful. The Reception staff have great memories and greef you like you are family. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so o friendly and professional. Big shout out to Denise and Joanne who couldn't be any better.
