The house was fairly easy to find though I didn’t like the idea of parking on street. It was pretty clean for the most part just needed to have been swept better. The rooms were nice, clean, and the beds were great… The only real issue I had was the TV in second bedroom didn’t work at all… Other than that I’d definitely recommend this house…

Loved the location, cleanliness and quick response from owner.
The upstairs was very warm at night. Suggestions were made to owner and well received.
We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Affordable alternative when visiting Oxford, OH
We stayed here to attend a game at Miami of Ohio when the hotel prices in Oxford were too high for one room -- let alone two! This was a great alternative, with street parking right in front of the house and only a quick trip to campus.

Good enough
Neighborhood run down. Back parking area very run down and tight for parking. Our SUV fit tho. House nice enough. Furniture not very comfortable. Bedrooms and bathroom clean. Mattress nice and comfy. Hamilton in general seems to be run down in some areas and then not run down just a street over.our stay was quiet in general but I was not comfortable w the neighborhood

Very nice house with all necessary amenities. One downside is the close proximity to train tracks and considerable noise overnight making it difficult to sleep

Close to Miami U
We had a nice stay. The furniture is clean but very stiff and not very comfortable to relax. Beds are decent. Upstairs was a tad bit warm. Overall very good for what we needed.
