"這次哈密之行最幸運的決定，就是選擇了西遇酒店！從下車那一刻就感受到了滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐提前主動聯繫確認行程，房間比預期更驚喜，衞生做得超到位，，毛巾浴巾潔白無異味，連洗漱台都收拾得一塵不染，完全沒有後顧之憂。住得既舒心又方便。最打動我的是細節——我們坐火車是17:00的火車，老闆主動給我們一行五人預留了好幾個小時，讓我們在酒店休息。真的讓我們不遠千里從河南來到哈密，讓我們非常感動…酒店位置也超讚，離高鐵站不遠，步行就能到周邊的夜市和燒烤店，晚上吃完美味的羊肉串散步回來特別愜意。早餐更是誠意滿滿，不僅有現煮的清湯牛肉麪、純香牛奶，還有多種主食和小菜，營養又可口，完全能滿足早出發的旅途需求。全程服務都特別貼心，工作人員熱情又不刻意，會主動推薦本地性價比高的餐館，有任何需求都能及時響應，這種不打擾卻很周全的服務真的太加分了。性價比遠超預期，下次來哈密一定還住這裏！"

"因為帶了毛孩子，訂酒店之前就諮詢過酒店有沒有地下停車場。前台小姐姐讓到了給酒店打電話，結果連霍路上因為節假日車多事故多堵車兩點多才到…晚上特別冷，（酒店地下停車場屬於暫時沒有使用的狀態需要工作人員協助但是地面的停車場很大）我給前台打了電話前台小姐穿的很單薄非常熱情的出來給我們聯繫的保安師傅給我們打開地下停車場。前台小姐姐和保安師傅的熱情驅散了午夜的寒冷趕走了驅車趕路的疲憊。十分感謝（希望貴酒店高層給當日值班的前台和保安師傅加雞腿，表彰他們對工作的熱情！讓每一位假日期間依然恪盡職守在工作崗位上充滿熱情的優秀員工給予看到和獎勵）酒店床品很舒適，洗護品以及室內香氛都很高級。200多訂的房間早餐品種非常豐富主食有炒飯，意麪，豆腐腦，包子，麪包，水果，我感覺一頓早餐我就**了，我是一個有點挑剔的人但是這家酒店是我住希爾頓這個系列的酒店早餐最豐富的一家！這個性價比簡直了！絕對的不虛此行！都給我去住！都給我去吃早餐！！！"

"在哈密市第五中學考試，第一次住這家酒店，配置和之前住過的漢庭差不多，非常乾淨，廁所還做了乾濕分離。剛進店的時候前台姐姐問我是不是考研的，給我拿了小麪包和考具，第二天考完回來還給我送了一個果盤，房間採光也非常好！是我旅行出差住過的最有性價比的酒店了，可以和漢庭、全季、維也納這些對標了，最重要的是服務態度超級好，我沒穿外套出來拿外賣小姐姐還擔心我着涼，工作人員從前台到保安到保潔阿姨，都非常專業，真的非常喜歡！"

"The hotel staff is very friendly. Some could speak a little English during the check in process. We were told that the room has no windows before we saw it. The room was large and quiet for our needs. The shower had plenty of hot water and a good pressure. The location was close enough for excellent food delivery service.
