Anreise am 01.12. 16 Grad im Zimmer Heizung/Klimaanlage Defekt .......!!!

Really enjoyable stay. In fact we extended the stay by 4 nights. The staff are helpful, the breakfast is good. The happy hour bar is great. Downside is no pool but most hotels close to reeperbahn don't have one either.

Good location easy to reach things on foot. Left car in parking garage found this a bit costly at 24 euro a day. Breakfast could be purchased at 15 euro and a bit. Nothing fancy plain breakfast

Muy buena ubicación, cercano a una estación de subte que comunica con toda la ciudad. Excelentes instalaciones y por sobretodo se destaca la amabilidad y eficiencia del personal, muy gentiles, serviciales y atentos.

Optimal gelegen zum Besuch des Schmidt Theaters oder Schmidts Tivoli, weil parallel zur Reeperbahn. Tiefgarage vorhanden mit etwas engen Kurven, aber hall und übersichtlich. Kleine Irritation durch zweites Premier Inn in direkter Nachbarschaft. Wasserdruck der Dusche im zweiten OG zu niedrig. Ansonsten passen Preis und Leistung gut zusammen, auch das Frühstück ist rundum angemessen. Empfehlenswert für den Kurztrip in die Elbmetropole.

Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sauber. Frühstück alles in Ordnung.

We had to cancel our booking for the Premier Inn next door due to train problems travelling up from Cologne. Premier Inn allowed cancellation up to 6pm on day of arrival, which is an excellent forward thinking move by them especially in the context of where we are in the world today. Back to the hotel we stayed in. I was impressed that they would donate the cost of the room service to charity if you chose not to take it. They then offered you a free drink if you took that option but we chose to donate that as well. COVID rules in place and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was a good size and I liked the winged back reading chair, as well as the complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of hot and cold buffet. The staff were friendly and ready to help especially the breakfast team. We usually use the IBIS hotel directly across the road on our visits to Hamburg but cant see us returning there if the level of service here is maintained. Value for money as well. Cracking location for the Millerntor stadium and the decent bars and restaurants in the vicinity

As a regular business traveller and user of Premier Inns, i have to say i am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hamburg City Millerntor hotel. From a positive perspective the check inn was seamless and very friendly and the breakfast was fresh with a good selection but unfortunately that is where the positives end! I paid a premium for a Premier plus room, when i walked in the room it was freezing, i switched the aircon on which showed the temp at 16 degrees so i whacked it up to 24 and automatic but two hours later was still only 20.5! My first nights sleep was horrendous and the edge of the bed there was a hard steel wire all around the mattress. When i returned from work that evening i did some digging only to find that the mattress was on the bed upside down as per the attached picture! As i went out for my evening meal around 8pm i duly reported the mattress and room temperature to reception: Room temp response: Ah yes you need to set it at 34 degrees and leave a card in the slot all the time as its not very good (would of been nice to learn this at check in or even better still fix it!) Mattress response: How do you mean upside down? After explaining that the pillow top that should be facing upwards and supporting/comforting myself was in fact keeping the bed base warm and comfortable i was told he would report it to maintenance but i could switch rooms if i wanted to. This was after 8pm and i hadn't eaten and was due to check out at 5.30am the following morning so retained the room as i didn't want to go back up and pack up to move rooms! Needless to say i will not be returning to this hotel any time soon when i return to Hamburg and i am very disappointed with my stay.

We’ve stayed in Hamburg about 5 times in recent years now, but never used the Premier Inn. We booked this one based on the fantastic price we found. What a bargain! The hotel was beautiful and puts the Premier Inn hotels back in England to shame! The rooms were stylish, modern and comfortable with everything we needed. The staff were fabulous, and the breakfast we had in the last morning was great. A 5 minute walk to St. Pauli station, 5 minutes to the Reeperbahn and 15 mins or less to the waterfront. And whilst we were so close to the action of the Reeperbahn, we were amazed at how quiet it was (and we are light sleepers!). All in all, a fantastic hotel at a great price. We’ve already agreed that the next time we come to Hamburg, we will 100% look to stay here again. Thank you.

Sauberes Zimmer, freundliche Mitarbeiter und gutes Frühstück. Unkomplizierter Check in und Check out. Parken in direkter Nähe möglich auch wenn direkt beim Hotel die Plätze belegt sind. Nachts schön ruhig, das man auch zum schlafen kommt

Das Premier Hamburg City Millerntor liegt in jeweils Gehweite z.B. zur U-Bahn Station St. Pauli, dem Bereich Reeperbahn, dem Millerntor-Stadion und dem Festplatz Dom. Der Check-in verlief schnell und freundlich. Das gesamte Hotel wie auch Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und recht gut eingerichtet. Mit ca. 15 Qadratmeter war das Zimmer für ein 3-Sterne Hotel allerdings klein, aber dafür sehr ruhig. Wir haben während unseren 3-tägigen Aufenthalt jeweils ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Das Frühstück bestand aus Rührei, Bacon, Nürnberger Würstchen, diversen Wust und Käsesorten, Brotaufstrichen, sowie Brötchen, Brote, Kaffee/Tee, Säfte. Zu dem Hauptfrühstückszeiten empfanden wir den Frühstücksraum für ein 120 Zimmer Hotel als relativ klein. Spontan einen freien Tisch zu finden war Glücksache. Geparkt haben wir unser Fahrzeug in der Hoteleigenen Tiefgarage mit wenigen Stellplätzen. Allerdings nur für 1 Tag. Die Ein-bzw. Ausfahrt, sowie die Stellplätze und Tiefgarage selber ist sehr eng und für 24-Stunden parken für den Preis von 24,00 Euro für ein 3-Sterne Hotel nach unserer Auffassung übertrieben teuer. Wir sind ausgewichen auf eine geräumige Tiefgarage mit über 100 Stellplätzen für 6,00 Euro für 24 Stunden schräg gegenüber vom Hotel.

Es war sehr kalt im Zimmer und sehr laut. Es gibt ein zentrales Heizungssystem, das auf sehr kalt eingestellt war. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein Stellplatz für verschiedene Lieferdienste. Kombis und Lastwagen parkten nachts und früh morgens unter unserem Fenster, was sehr laut war

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel um den Hafen ,das Zentrum und die Landungsbrücken zu erreichen Bei Anreise mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen
