Come and enjoy a getaway from the busy world to a quiet home in the woods. You can enjoy the large gathering room overlooking a beautiful pond that is surrounded by trees. Take a ride on the paddle boat and throw your fishing line in to catch catfish, bluegill, and wide mouth bass. Eleven acres of trails make for a nice nature walk. In the cold , you can enjoy your cup of coffee by the fireplace that's in the large room we call, The sanctuary. In the hot summers you will be able to go swimming in the pond. If you enjoy kayaking, we have a kayak you can take out and experience a relaxing time on the water. This is not just a vacation home but it is a vacation destination. This is a getaway for any seasons. The Brown County fall season is something everyone should experience and this the perfect property to take it all in.
Guests will enjoy staying at our place The Sanctuary. We have a beautiful house where each bedroom has its own bathroom. The gathering space is a great place to relax, look out the windows and door by the fire. Take your drinks outside to the large porch and deck. You can sit in a rocking chair or have dinner on the large table on the porch. We live close to a Dollar General. Nashville is a 10 minute drive and is full of shopping, eating and exploring.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).$100 pet fee is required per pet.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.
