Overall great hotel. On the beach. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Truly heavenly. The location, the villa and the staff made our stay just perfect. The beach is pristine and set in a beautiful cove. It’s so peaceful with the perfect combination of sea, beach and mangroves. Really beautiful. We stayed in the Kurumba House and honestly I cannot compliment the staff enough. A particular call out to Donald who looked after us and made sure we wanted for nothing. Our privacy was respected and Donald shared his WhatsApp number so we could message when we wanted something. He made sure the villa was always perfect for us and when we wanted time on the beach that we were also looked after. All of the staff have a wonderful nature and were so welcoming. The main villa is beautiful and from what we could see all of the rooms were really lovely. They work on small number of rooms with lots of different living spaces so it feels boutique. Kurumba house was stunning. We loved the outdoor veranda and the private pool, which was a sublime temperature. Whilst we were at the beach for sunset, the house lights were put on and lots of candles made it a lovely welcome back. Meal times are always flexible around your time table so didn’t feel rushed to a schedule and we ate at the House with Donald looking after us and making sure whilst we ate, our bedroom got the turn down service. We were really sorry to leave. Thanks to all of the team. It was wonderful

Perfect, peaceful luxury My wife and I had an amazing stay for our honeymoon. The location is so peaceful, with the beach behind the hotel being so beautiful. The food prepared at the hotel was simply stunning! We had a daily set menu with choices, and the menu was great, food portions were generous and tasted amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only slight negative about this place is the wifi is very temperamental (not always a bad thing). It can feel a little sleepy through the day, but if you’re looking for undisturbed peacefulness, this place is perfect!

I and my family spent five nights at Taru Villas, the first two at the Pool House and the remaining three nights at Kurumba House where were upgraded thanks to the kindness of the manager Gihan. Gihan was very attentive, supportive, always professional. Nothing was impossible for him! The stay at the villas exceeded our expectations. Everything was great. The properties were spotless and super comfortable. The food was amazing. We were being looked after by Ruwan, his service was amazing. He was always there and available but at the same time his presence was very discreet. We would love to come back to the Villas. Thank you all for making our holiday truly special!
