Song Loc Luxury Hotel arvostelua

Khách sạn quy mô nhỏ, dạng cá nhân kinh doanh… Phòng rộng nhưng tính chuyên nghiệp trong vận hành cần cải thiện. Nhất là do từng tranh chấp với khách vụ đền khăn nên khách sạn áp dụng chính sách thông báo việc tính tiền và bảo khách tự kiểm đồ để tránh tranh cãi… Tôi đã phải yêu cầu nhân viên lên đồng kiểm từng món vì không phải lúc nào khách vào cũng sử dụng hết. Check in muộn mà bảo khách đi kiểm từng món đồ để nếu có thiếu bị đền khỏi tranh cãi thì quản lý và chủ khách sạn nên thay đổi cách làm sao cho hợp lý. Lưu trú là tìm sự thoải mái chứ không phải phiền toái.

整體不怎麼樣，衹能説睡個覺而已，不過早餐還能跟上中國風情！

Great location. Wet market in front of the hotel, very close to many shops and restaurants. Pool was/seemed closed, probably because it was low season. Buffet breakfast was good for the price.

房間空間大、乾淨，床睡起來很舒服，很棒的體驗~

早餐非常不錯

前台服務很熱情，房間很寬敞，早餐也很豐富。有一個泳池。酒店門口就有一個一個市場，買些水果呀什麼的很方便，酒店出門左手30米左右有個中國人開的超市，可以微信、付款寶付賬，很方便。酒店也可以幫着訂遊船的票，有專車來接送。

Ottimo per l'imbarco Hotel prenotato per essere in zona l'indomani. Nulla da eccepire sull'hotel, anzi. Ottima la stanza, la colazione e lo staff. Purtroppo la zona la sera non affascina di certo. È un peccato perché con quel patrimonio della baia attaccato potrebbe avere molte chances in più.

The hotel was okay. My only comment was that the shower gels were almost empty when we first went into our rooms. But all things considered, the room was ok. The location is great for tourists who are looking to go out at night, they have a lot of convenient stores, seafood restaurants, bars, and massage shops nearby and around the area, there were also not a lot of cars at night so it was nice to go stroll around the city at night, and the hotel has a gym too, locals. You'll know these restaurants were good because locals were dining too. The room we got was for 3 and it was spacious enough.

it was a good stay

The Song Loc Luxury is a beautiful hotel. It seems to be brand new and very nicely decored. We slept in the most comfortable bed and the bathroom was big with a wonderful shower. The hotel is conveniently located, with a huge indoor market right across the street. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. We did not see any other guests here but imagine that the summer it is quite hoppin. This is a terrific place to stay. A cruise on Ha Long Bay was arranged for us, it’s something you don’t want to miss.
