Отличный круиз по Халонгу. Номера хорошие и чистые.

Good experience in Halong. Weather was not good but I recommend to try it. Cruise was good. Price was great. Staff were friendly.

Basic cookie cutter cruise as all the others that do the exact same itinerary. Junior triple suite had incredibly loud noises keeping us up at night. No one at reception. Shower head broken and drain clogged.

The crews on board are fantastic, friendly and caring. The cruise is new and cozy. Food are nicely prepared and sumptuous. According to the crew manager Bruce, we have to board a smaller boat for 45mins to head to the cruise due to their territories issue. However, it does not affect our trip experience at all. The events arranged such as kayaking, squid fishing and bright cave are interesting and less crowded, my family had a great time during the trip.

Tastefully refurbished. Foods: good variety & yummy as good as five stars hotel Check in 1pm & check out 10am which is relatively short.

Мы прекрасно провели время, но ожидания немного не оправдались. Нужно понимать, что вы не проведёте 3 дня и 2 ночи в шикарном номере на борту прекрасного судна, скользя между каменных скал. Все не так. Задумано немного иначе. Корабль стоит в бухте, до которой около 1 часа вас везут на суденышке с деревянными лавками, аналогично - обратный путь. Далее, вы отказываетесь на борту, путешествие начинается. Но пройдете на шикарном корабле вы всего 1,5-2 км, наслаждаясь видами и все. Круиз окончен. Корабль бросает якорь в другой бухте. На все остальные активности вас тоже повезут на маленьких не столь комфортабельных лодках. То есть это не круиз, а плавучий отель. Номер Executive Suite с прекрасным обзором и балконом расположен в хвосте, поэтому во время движения очень шумно и сильно пахнет соляркой. Простыни в Suite были рваные, полы пыльные, халат с отпечатками обуви. Ну не заявленные 5 заезд, скажем так. Питание на твердые 3 *. Все вкусно, но нет разнообразия. Желанным гостем мы чувствовали себя при общении с Dian, которая отвечала на все вопросы и всегда была рядом, даже сопровождала нас на одной из экскурсий. Бухта восхитительна!

Отдыхали компанией, остались довольны. Богатый шведский стол, есть выбор морепродуктов. Хорошее обслуживание. Все активности согласно программе. Включена прогулка на лодках по заливу. Внимательный персонал. Вайфай не ловит, но можно обратится к сотрудникам - поделятся

The Dora cruise is a wonderful experience. The food was delicious. The rooms are lovely with a gorgeous view of HaLong bay from every room and the balcony. The jacuzzi needs maintenance but was a nice place to relax. The outdoor areas require more shaded areas to sit in but there are many deck chairs and places to sit and talk or play cards.

Erittäin hyvä, sopii oikosulkuun merellä. Matkaopas Bruce on erittäin puhelias, mukava ja humoristinen. Tarjoilijalla oli hyvä asenne ja hän piti meistä hyvää huolta.Tietenkin tyttö lasillinen oli myös erittäin kaunis. Halong Bay on vierailun arvoinen!

Good value for money

We had an amazing time on the Dora cruise. The boat is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. Shower and balcony were both large for a boat. From the moment you are picked up to the moment you are dropped back, the staff make the trip effortless. We cannot thank Tom enough for his great hospitality and for taking us to Capa island on our second day. 3 days and 2 nights is much better than the 1 night option as you get a boat trip and island bike ride on the second day which is phenomenal and a highlight of the trip. The staff go above and beyond and have exceptional customer service skills. Thank you to Dora cruise for making our visit to Halong Bay an unforgettable experience.
