"This is the top two hotel in Hallstatt but the front counter service is the worst that I met in Europe. I chose this hotel because it’s near to the cruise port but actually it’s has another building that is far away from here, better I take the other 4 star hotel that is near and service much better. Must improve the front desk service"

"The location is on a hillside, and there is construction going on right in front of the room that blocks the view. There was a lot of dust and cobwebs in the room, which made me sneeze a lot. The front desk staff did not tell me how to return the room key when checking out. I pressed the doorbell many times at the front desk and there was no response. The whole experience was very poor."

"Stuff are extremly unpleasant toward tourists that just want to sit and order some food to the point that they openly refused to answer our question "Can we order a pizza?". We got one rude "No" even do there were clear table with daily menu including pizza! Would strongly advice for you to pass this place. Awfull experience"

Parveke oli suljettu ja kaikki ikkunat ovat suuria pisteitä.Koko asunto on suljettu ja sininen verkko, ja kävelymatkoja kaikkien ikkunoiden ulkopuolella käytetään työmiesten aamulla alkaen 8:00 .Parkkipaikka tarjotaan Asunto oli käytetty rakentajien ja koko paikka on vain rakennuspaikka.Me kirjoitimme aito arvio ja he eivät sisälly kirjallinen arvio vain, että annoimme heille yhden Star."
