Escape to Sunrise Villa, our lakefront paradise on the coveted south end of the Lake Lanier and nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. Our home has a resort-like feel, and is ideal for taking advantage of everything the lake has to offer or for simply relaxing with family and friends. Kayak, paddle board, rent a boat, hike, go wine tasting, or just enjoy our heated saltwater pool, hot tub, pool table, large BBQ, fireplaces, and breathtaking views. This is your perfect getaway. There are 6 bedrooms with 5 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 7 single beds, 6 and 1/2 bathrooms, a heated pool and hot tub, a 50-foot walk to our deep water dock, lots of green space, and amazing lake views from nearly every room and the pool. The main bedroom is on the top floor and has a king-size bed, two single beds, and an en-suite bathroom. There are three other bedrooms on this floor as well, two have king beds and en-suite bathrooms, and one has two bunk beds (four twin beds) and shares the en-suite bathroom with one of the other rooms. The basement level has two more bedrooms with king beds that share a large Jack and Jill bathroom. One of these rooms also has a queen over twin bunk bed. There is also a full bathroom off the basement living room and a cabana bathroom (with shower) by the pool. All bedrooms are on the top floor or basement level. There are no bedrooms on the main level. Our home is close to many marinas including Holiday, Aqualand and Hideaway Bay. Boat and jet ski rentals, live music, restaurants and bars are a short car or boat ride away. Close to the Lake Lanier Islands waterpark, golf course and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville. You’ll never run out of things to do at our home. We have a kayak, canoe, paddle boards, boat dock, pool table, grill, private/heated salt water pool, hot tub, two kitchens, two inside gas fireplaces and an outside wood burning fireplace. Close to Atlanta nightlife, world class shopping and restaurants. Minutes from the Mall of Georgia, mountains for hiking, rafting, shopping and wineries.
