It was great and l enjoyed the every minute of my vacation. I would definitely staying at this hotel.

From stepping off the seaplane to a musical welcome I knew we had made the right choice. I booked this island to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday We stayed in a sunset water bungalow which was gorgeous. It had everything you need including the biggest and most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The fridge was re stocked daily . The decking outside was very spacious with steps leading straight into the crystal clear sea. I loved the idea of having your own table in the restaurant made meal times more enjoyable. The food is definitely some of the best we’ve had on a holiday. There was never a meal that we couldn’t find something we liked. The desserts were yummy. We had a meal under the stars on my husbands birthday and wow did they make it extra special. We also did the sunset fishing, sunset cruise, feeding the sharks and dolphin watching even though we didn’t see any 😞😞. We also had a couples massage which was amazing. The island is kept immaculately clean by the lovely staff who work tirelessly every day in the blistering heat. The one thing that makes this island so special is the staff. We’ve been lucky enough to travel around the world but have to say these are the nicest people ever. Nothing was too much trouble and if they could make it possible they would. I have to give a very special thankyou to a few in particular. Firstly bar man Sampath who always went above on beyond and knew we needed another drink even before we did lol. Our lovely room boy Irushad who kept our bungalow spotlessly clean every day and left us brilliant decorations on the bed. He always made time to have a chat with us. Finally our waiter Layaan. The y day he seemed a little shy but by day 2 he came out of his shell. As soon as he saw his he knew what we wanted to drink. He is such a truly lovely young man and an asset to this island. We really did have some brilliant laughs with him and learnt a lot about him and his family. All in all we had probably one of the best holidays ever. The one and only negative is people bring allowed to smoke in and around the bar and seating area. I personally think they should be made to smoke outside. Some evenings we seemed to spend a lot of the time moving chairs to get away from the smoke. Thankyou all for a wonderful holiday .
