Summit Views Hakuba

Small rooms with tatami but with everything we need. Nice mountain view. Excellent staf who speaks English. Hotel shuttle service to train station is extra convenient.

Excellent stay at Summit Views, the room was well prepared with aircon turned on upon arrival. The service staff helped me make taxi bookings and provided useful information I needed for my mountain hikes and transport. Highly recommended and very good location with great views !

Very polite and kind receptionist who speaks simple English. Rooms are modern and clean, comfortable beds. Expect very simple breakfast but sufficient for our family.

The hotel is located in a very central place and most of the restaurants, cafes are at a walkable distance. The rooms are pretty big when compared to other Japanese hotels and they have free onsen. The only downside will be hygiene, we found cockroaches in our shoes in the morning, two days straight.

A great base for exploring Hakuba. The location and mountain views were the highlight really beautiful, especially with the snow. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities are a little basic and could use some updating, but they were fine for our needs. Enjoyed our two-night stay overall.

location : 4 mins walk from Happo bus terminal (i took the bus from this terminal to shinjuku bus station. no need to carry my suitcase.) room was suit for 3 people with carry-on suitcase. The hotel provide the water dispenser & microwave in front of elevator which great for every guest!

Comfortable stay with helpful front desk staff. Floor a little creaky and bathroom really small. Room size was adequate though. Location is good with heating throughout the hotel. It gets dark around 430pm in the winter and the Happo One ski resort closes at 330pm.

Generally good experience. It's renovated and clean. The only thing is we booked with A/C and didn't have one in the room. It was quite hot then.

Clean and nice location. I really enjoy the onsen as well as the room.
