位置優越，小而精，性格比不錯，在寸金寸土的景區內，已經算很不錯了！但是個人感覺不能連住幾晚，不然洗衣晾曬都成問題，就是面積小了點

這個旅店是屬於背包客的地方。我定6/20-6/22兩晚，居然收我1300人民幣每晚。後來我又上網查也就700每晚。你的價格如此相差巨大。我7/6-7/8定1500人民幣每晚的箱根富士山，我昨天去參觀箱根富士山就是合理的。為什麼美麗箱根酒店如此不靠譜。可以解釋一下嗎？

I’m so sad. I didn’t receive hotel mail. I don’t know hotel door password and room number. I can’t check in, because hotel hasn’t service counter. I can’t speak japan language. I can’t call Japan tel with my phone. If I didn’t come with my brother, I may go back and book another hotel. And room without key, until staff arrives. I’m so helpless. It’s very cold when you are on the street at 6 o'clock in the evening and the temperature is only 3 degrees, wind is strong. And when you arrive early(11-12 a.m), you can't store your luggage because there is no such option. The shower is very small and oppressive. I wouldn't recommend anything other than close. I pray you don't have the same experience as me.

挺好的，有點像民宿，大樓是密碼鎖，單獨的房間有鑰匙，隔音有點不太好。但是離車站真的很近，很方便。已經算是離箱根湯本站又近又比較便宜的酒店了吧。

湯本站奇雨酒店在箱根湯本車站及購物街附近。交通十分方便。由車站到酒店幾分鐘路程。缺點就是無。大件行里上樓有些困難。

Cosy Ideally located for the delights of Hakone and extremely close to the railway station. Room was cosy, ideal facilities. Pleasant stay

廁所有點令人不舒服 酒店沒有電梯，需要自行搬行季上房，比起酒店更像一間學生宿舍。 房間整潔乾淨，只是馬桶有點黑色的污垢，水龍頭位置也有發霉的狀況，令人感覺不舒服。位置則是100分的。

No good information for the parking lot !!! The room which I stayed was very small, a wash basin-too small, the shower hose was dirty, however I like this hotel and right enough for me. Need to be mind it that the parking fee was more than 13,000.Yen for a night.

急な変更にも親切に対応して下さいました。

Great centre of town location, close to the train station. Japanese style bedding, larger room with table and cushions for seating. Japanese traditional style shower and bath. As older peeps we found it difficult to sit on the floor on cushions. The shower bath also took a little getting used to however we loved this unique room. It was an experience and I think good value for money for the Hakone area. Make sure you eat at the pizza, Italian restaurant next door. Delicious! We also loved walking around town in the evening.

Comfortable bed and very clean, close to the station. Nowhere to put luggage except the hallway in to the room.. Coffee making available but out in the hallway nook. No staff onsite but messages were answered very quickly.

Check in after 16:00. Check-out before 10:00. Significant road noise because of poorly insulated windows. Effectively like an open window. Can set up for 4 single beds - extra bedding in closet. Large bathroom. Physical key so only one key set. Mini fridge, Nespresso, AC, TV. Italian restaurant on first floor, but it closes at 21:00 so no particular concern. Very close to station. Competitive price. If they replace the windows it’d be an excellent option.
