My only regret is not booking the room for more days! ❤️ Pros: very close to the tram station; the room with the open air bath is spacious, clean, and sooo lovely; the public bath was clean; the staff were very nice, shoutout to Julie for explaining everything to us; the breakfast was good; i loved the little things: the charming yukatas, the snacks, the loose leaf tea, a lot of thought was put into it Cons: idk. only because im nitpicking but the hotel’s a bit old which adds to the whole vibe of the room we stayed in. 100/10… definitely coming back and seeing all the Hakodate spots we missed because of our short stay and staying here again

전통과 현대가 공존하는 일본식 온천, 다만 물이 너무 뜨거워 아이가 안 들어가려 한 점이 아쉬움. 조식 등 시설은 나름 괜찮았으나 너무 큰 기대는 금물.

機場大巴湯之川站下車8分鐘左右就可以到。酒店很大，温泉也不錯。酒店還有會中文的服務生，有賓至如歸的感覺

花菱酒店是我們這次北海道旅最稱讚的酒店！酒店雖然不在繁華地段，有軌電車直達，距離車站不遠，交通算是便利的。温泉更是有驚喜，值得推薦哦！

湯の川の温泉を堪能でき、お部屋もすごく綺麗でとてもリラックス出来ました。朝食は海鮮だけでなく他にも沢山のお食事がバイキングで用意されていてとても満足出来ました。また函館に行った際は利用したいと思います。

樓下温泉有室外獨立池，很大很舒服。樓上的就很小，得1個小池，圍封了没有景觀。雖然房間向內没有任何風景，設施很整潔。

部屋は綺麗で使い勝手が良かったです。 夕食付きのプランが無かったので朝食（ビュッフェ）のみで予約しました。 大浴場は綺麗に整えられており、広くて気持ち良かったです。露天風呂がいくつかあり洗い場の数も多いので、人が多い時も混雑が気になりませんでした。 ただ、1階の大浴場の脱衣所が暑くて辛かったです。 最近多くなりましたがこちらにも外国人従業員がおられ、その方達の日本語レベルが非常に高く、笑顔とホスピタリティが素晴らしく、接客や仕事に対する熱意も感じられました。 日本人スタッフよりはるかに好感が持てました。（日本人スタッフも言葉遣いは丁寧で問題があるわけではありませんが…）

非常好的旅店、溫泉很舒服、服務態度非常之好、值得推薦給朋友。

Staff in the restaurant are excellent. Speak good English and is very friendly and willing to help and serve at all times. We forgot the breakfast time ends at 9am and we only started 8.30am. The old lady in the restaurant kindly offered us to bring unfinished food back to our room to finish them. She even brought us tissue papers making sure we have everything we need. The onsen is nice and in traditional Japanese style. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come again.

地點方便，於函館搭市電到湯之泉溫泉站下車，過馬路行3分鐘便到。當天下雨，職員見到我們在門口便立即出來協助，有懂中文的職員，並帶我們到房間。酒店舒適，早餐及晚餐都很豐富及美味，各位職員都很友善有禮。下次到函館會再入住！

Room size is suitable for two people, beds are comfortable. There are two onsens, outdoor and indoor.

我覺得整體都很棒

Good onsen facilities and breakfast with plenty of options. Also located close to the airport (by car) with some restaurants nearby to choose from within walking distance. Room was spacious and the bedding were comfortable. Reception was fluent in Mandarin so no problem in raising any requests.
