번화가에 자리하고있어 이동이 편리하고 룸 컨디션도 좋았다. 날이 엄청 습했는데도 깨끗하고 눅눅함 없는 침구에 밤늦게까지 가게들이 영업하는데도 방에서는 조용한편이었다. 조식은 매일 똑같다고 봐야할듯 빵 야채 쌀국수 계란후라이 과일…종류가 별로없다. 이게 매일 나온다 주변에 먹거리 종류가 다양하지않지만 가격대비해서는 괜찮은편 펍이나 해산물집이 대부분인데 맛은 기본 평타 이상함 머물기에는 이틀정도가 딱좋을것같다 망고쥬스는 필리핀이 짱인듯ㅎㅎ

Not very clean. The location is good, but that’s the only plus for this hotel. The rooftop is awful, with a green swimming pool and broken chairs. The restaurant downstairs doesn’t serve food, which means it isn’t much of a restaurant anymore.

중심지 한가운데 위치해 있어서 이동이 아주 편리합니다. 조식도 좋고 낮에는 영어로 소통이 편리하나 밤에는 짧은 영어정도 가능합니다. 전체적으로 깨끗하고 편한 호텔이었습니다. 다만 화장실 문이 약간 뚫린 문이라 소리가 방으로 그대로 전달되고 냄새가 조금 나는 편이며 방에서 와이파이가 연결이 되지 않습니다.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The location was close to food outlets and tour agents. Very little English spoken by desk staff and no help with tours or information on what to see or how to get around. No map or direction at all. - you are on your own there. The whole area in front and around the hotel is a construction site. The hotel would have been lovely 50 years ago.

The staff was incredible. They ensured we had a booking for our bus the next morning and dropped us off at the bus location after breakfast. Breakfast was quite extravagant with very beautiful views. The roof top pool wasn’t very fancy but had a great view and was everything you could need.

I stayed here for one night as part of a package and I wouldn’t have booked this myself. Having said that, the hotel is centrally located with lots of food options around. I had a triple room for myself so it was huge. Like other reviewers said, the facilities are dated but the staff is helpful. My package included three meals (dinner/bf/lunch) as well and the food was good and with generous portions. The restaurant on the 11th floor has an amazing view over the sea.

Had a wonderful complimentary breakfast at Kasbah restaurant. There were a variety of breakfast items available. The staff were professional and especially Mr Raju was exceptionally hospitable. Thoroughly impressed with their service.

This was a lovely hotel with helpful staff that have great English. My only (minor) complaint is that the complimentary breakfast is fairly mediocre, especially compared to other hotels you'll find in Vietnam. Overall though, an excellent stay.

We had a lovely room on the 9th floor with an amazing view of the bay. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of Cat Ba town. Reception staff were friendly but when we advised our safe was broken, no one ever came to look at it and it took a few attempts to get towels to take on a cruise. The rooftop bar wasn’t open while we were there but breakfast was great.

Could be a nice place, in a good place, with good views yo the bay area... But it becames obsolete and old. It's very sad to be hosted here. All correct but, more or less confortable rooms, aceptable breakfasft, but... If you can choose another place, better for you.

Sea Pearl nằm ở trung tâm Cát Bà rất thuận tiện đi lại, gần cầu cảng, chợ đêm, xung quanh có nhiều hàng quán ăn vặt. Phòng ở sạch sẽ, gọn gàng. Phòng ban đầu của tôi điều hòa không hoạt động nên khá nóng, nhưng sau khi phản ánh với lễ tân thì được đổi phòng n***. Tôi đánh giá cao cách giải quyết nhanh gọn và chuyên nghiệp này. Đồ ăn tại khách sạn khá ngon, tuy nhiên tôi thấy hơi ít, có thể do đoàn chúng tôi ăn khỏe quá chăng? :D :D Phòng tổ chức gala hơi bé, cũng may đoàn chúng tôi chỉ có 30 người nên thấy vừa đủ. Nói chung là tôi thấy hài lòng, chất lượng tương xứng với giá cả, một trong những lựa chọn tốt ở Cát Bà.
