Parkside Inn

We stayed one night at the Parkside Inn and we could not fault anything. Our room was of quite a good size and was spotlessly clean. There was free wifi and the car parking was right outside the door. We thought the breakfast option was a great idea. There was more than enough choice in the fridge and it was great to be able to prepare it when we wanted it and to be able to sit in our pyjamas to eat it. Washing up a few breakfast dishes was no big deal for us and if we hadn’t wanted to do this, there was only a small charge ($10) for the staff to do it. We highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wir waren hier 3 Nächte und haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, alles ist blitzblank sauber, warm und gemütlich. Im Kühlschrank steht das Frühstück bereit. Das Bett wird jeden Tag gemacht und das Frühstück aufgefüllt. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft.

This is BY FAR the BEST place to stay in Haines Junction. The rooms are pristine, clean, quiet (even though conveniently next to the highway junction). The breakfast choices that are available (made in your room/your way) is a wonderful treat for the morning. The bed and pillows are clean and comfy and fluffy-warm. The hosts go out of their way to accommodate any special requests you may have. This is a modern, yet tasteful space to relax for an evening. Ms. Vicky is wonderful to talk with and the attention to detail from the extra towels, to ultra clean bathroom, kitchen area and great sofa to just relax on is duly noted. The front deck is my personal favorite, although there is plenty of outside seating available to soak in the wonderous mountain terrain. The flowers throughout the motel are stunning. Can't wait to stay here again.

The employees were super helpful and came to the rescue when our son's truck had a flat tire. There were no garages open that day but they were able to get us back on the road so that we could make the ferry in Haines. Customer service is top notch and we highly recommend Parkside Inn.

We loved this place so much when we stayed last year that we stayed again this year. The unit has everything you need to prepare your own meals, yet they provided exactly what we wanted for a great breakfast, such as coffee, eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, bagels, butter, jam, honey - I’m sure I’m missing a few things. The room layout is super comfortable and the owners are extremely kind and helpful. There’s a great little supermarket within walking distance down the street. We can’t wait to stay again and again!!!!

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner room. It was spotless! The bed was super comfortable in the room was very quiet. The views off the porch were lovely. I really appreciated having the stove top and refrigerator because I was early in the year traveling and not much was open for food. I especially appreciated the eggs in the fridge that I was able to cook up in the morning for breakfast! I really hope I get to stay here again.
