Terrible service, breakfast. TV is not in working conditions. Rooms are small and weak sound proofing. To be honest, XueXiang is not worth staying a night. Hotels are expensive and lousy. Arrive there in the aftn and leave @6-7pm.

overprice stay, the restroom water flood is bad, the bed also not really clean, just fine dont think it worth all the money, even we request for water they said they dont provide any😊

The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and friendly, especially the front desk, who provided a warm welcome. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Other reviews were right—the front desk did insist on an upgrade for an extra $100, but honestly, it was worth it for the better view and improved room. Overall, a great experience with excellent service!

位置稍偏但幽靜，各方面都沒得挑剔，長者家説住着舒服。

This is nearest hotel to the entrance and it's very close to restaurants, performance stage, etc. Easy to get in and out.. No need to walk so far in the cold to get to your rooms.

設施：比較齊全 衞生：還可以 環境：挺好的 服務：挺好的 位置不錯，距離大石碑、擺渡車站和雪韻大街都很近。 早餐饅頭雞蛋粥味道不錯。 呂老闆挺熱情的。

這家酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，周邊設施齊全，無論是商務出行還是休閑旅遊都非常合適。

元宵後來到雪鄉，完美的錯峯出行，遊客估計是春節時的幾十分之一了吧。店家非常好，未到雪鄉已加好了微信，並傳給了好多雪鄉旅行攻略。

能住，不能抱太大希望，沒趕在旅遊旺季，也需五百左右房價，朋友説就跟小旅館一樣，哈哈哈，我覺得在雪鄉不能要求太高，因為你一出門就發現除了商店就是旅館，不是旅館就是飯館，東西都挺貴的，完全就是商業化了，對於南方小土豆此生來一次就夠了，就為了拍幾張照，沒多大意思，去其他地方看雪也一樣的
