Went to Haikou with my son, booked this hotel and it was right next to the mall, like literally just beside ! Made things so much easier because there was a supermarket in the mall. Also, it has chagee & starbucks outside the mall !! Service was superb & the room was clean ! Thankyou !

We had a pleasant stay in the family room, which was clean, spacious, and well-designed for families. It came with one queen-size bed and a super single bed (around 120cm wide), which comfortably accommodated two adults and two kids. The location is great—just a short walk to various shopping malls and eateries. The hotel also provides a free laundry room with both washer and dryer. Drying a full load takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. We really appreciated the helpful front desk staff who assisted us by taking our clothes out of the dryer and keeping them safe at the counter until we returned. Overall, the hotel is tidy, comfortable, and budget-friendly—definitely worth considering for a short family trip.

Great locations. Big and functional room. There are gym and washer room provided for free. Easy to call taxi to anywhere and also nearby to all tourist area that we want to visit. Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back if we visit haikou again.

Cleanliness: The hotel is pretty new, so furnishings were decent. However, curtains were rather dusty, and there was a stain on my duvet cover (this was changed the next day when I requested for the sheets to be changed). Overall, there are no major issues. Location: it's right next to a shopping center, and the street next to it has some food stalls. The shopping center is rather deserted - there is a haidilao outlet and 3 other restaurants. There is also a bread shop, ice cream parlor, and Starbucks. Service & Amenities - staff were nice, and our room was always cleaned up nicely. There weren't many guests when we were staying, so it wasn't very crowded or noisy. The room came with the basic necessities and 2 bottles of water replenished daily. As we used ride hailing most of the time to get go locations, we were not too bothered by the surroundings of the mall. It was central enough to all the sites we wanted to visit and made for an overall comfortable stay.

Strategically located and surrounded by shopping malls and eating places. Walking distance to famous Qilou old street.

The building does not look like a hotel. The check in desk is on level 4. Not impressive. However, the room is nice and cosy for the price we paid. $27/night. Overall, we like the room.

Lovely staff, as always. Great location: bunch of small restaurants, IT Center 5min away by foot, there are few parks around where you can have a morning walk and a huge shopping mall righe next to a hotel. I had a great time!

A nice boutique hotel that is very clean and has spacious room. Key attractions are walking distance from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped us when we had issues with our Didi app. The breakfast was simple but adequate for our needs. The high-tea refreshment was good too..

Rooms are big and comfy. Just that bf is ala cart and I don't really like eating dumplings and noodles.but overall clean and neat. Note that noise prevention not good. Can hear your neighbour well.

The location is quite central. Easy to go around.

Good location. Small hotel with not much facilities, but full set of toiletries provided. Good room size for the room category we reserved. Breakfast and tea break - better to give it a miss and eat at the eateries around the hotel.

Biz class Hotel which is accessible to nearby mall and food. Easily to call for DiDi. Room was large and spacious. Lack bidet for toilet. Breakfast was set menu and not western menu. Chinese meal to choose daily. Bathing water was great and warm as the weather was cool n wet.
