Friendly staff and free luggage storage (wardrobe near reception; avoid leaving valuables). Cons: Very very very strong smell in the bathroom (can’t bear it), and the shower had no cold water. Rooms are old. Narrow, spiral corridors make it difficult to carry large luggage. Traffic noise from trams outside lasts until late at night."

From my window, I had a beautiful view of the sea, which made the experience even more special. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, I felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend this place to others!"
