The accommodation was so much better than what I thought! It's spacious and comfortable with the window view of the trees and 5 minute walk from the train station and Mt Takao trail. Youhei who greeted us at reception was outstanding in his customer service, he explained there would be vegan breakfast served daily as I put a request for vegan and didn't get a response that there would be vegan breakfast and he gave us tips on how to use the amenities here and how to communicate to the restaurant staff about our request. We enjoyed the bonfire and cooking corn which tasted amazing. The feedback I would give is the young Japanese woman who served us for dinner on the first night on Friday 12th July at 8pm, she was very quick to get the bill and take the money without being patient and focused, it felt like we we're not welcomed. Other than that I would come back again!

I stayed here in July 2024. The hotel is exactly in front of Takaosanguchi station. It has an Eco modern style. The rooftop is very nice, especially if you go at sunset. You can enjoy the beautiful views of the mountain. The room is quite big for the Japanese standard. The dinner course was very delicious too.

家族で高尾山登山の際に泊まりました。建物は1Fにレストランと売店、中庭、シャワーやトイレがあり、非宿泊者でも利用できるようです。夜は中庭で焚き火ができます（繁忙時要予約）。 レストランは朝晩利用しましたが、イタリアンベースでメニューはそれほど多くないものの、盛り付けがおしゃれで味もよかったです。朝は宿泊者向けにサンドイッチが提供されます。サンドイッチは部屋や中庭、あるいは屋上で食べられます。屋上は駅前を見下ろせて見晴らしもよく快適です。中庭も涼しくていいですが、壁際の席は換気扇の排気口がすぐ上にあるので、座る位置によっては中の臭いが直撃するので、場所に注意しましょう。 部屋は2〜5Fにあり、今回は2Fのスタンダードルームに宿泊。2Fは宿泊用の部屋に加えて外部の人も利用できるラウンジとホールがあるため、宿泊客以外と出くわすこともあります。自動販売機（電子マネー利用可能、ノンアル）とトイレ、コインランドリーが設置されていて便利です。 スタンダードルームは部屋の壁は一面がコンクリート打ちっぱなし、天井は配管やダクトが見えている、ちょっとワイルドかつおしゃれな感じです。壁にテーブルの天板や椅子がかかっており、部屋の隅に置いてあるテーブルの脚と組み合わせて自分でテーブルを作ります（今回4人宿泊だったので使いませんでした）。スタンダードルームの場合、全階で窓の外はすぐ隣の民家が数メートル先にある感じで、眺望は期待しないほうでいいです。広い部屋や眺望を期待するなら上位の部屋を選びましょう。2人以上の場合、エクストラベッドではなくマットレスと布団になります。 部屋にはトイレ（ウォシュレット付き）とシャワーがありますし、空調も効いていて快適なんですが、入り口のドアが内開きで、入るのはいいが、靴が置けません。これは改善を期待したいです。 お風呂はシャワーのみなので、大きな湯船に入りたければ駅の向こうにある温泉を使うといいでしょう。ただし繁忙期は芋洗いの様相で激混みです。 全体的に清潔感があり、都会的な雰囲気で宿泊できる、快適なお宿です。スタッフさんも手が足りてなさそうな感じはありましたが、基本的に丁寧でサービスも悪くありません。ドアの開く方向だけが残念ですが、それを除けばとても快適で、また泊まりたいと思いました。
