Moorea Beach Lodge

Lovely place to stay for a couple or family seeking calm in Moorea. Peaceful locatioin far from the busy area, but near a clear and amazing snorkeling spot. They serve a lovely breakfast with fruit, breads, eggs overlooking the incredible lagoon. The bungalows are dotted around a tropical garden with an old banyan tree and are quiet and peaceful but well appointed. We had the family bungalow, large enough to cook in, but if not you can use the common kitchen. There is a stair to the room but inside, this bungalow was totally wheelchair accessible with a flat shower and lots of turning radius. The furniture, decor etc is Polynesian and I personallly loved it, found it very tasteful. Welcoming and helpful staff and manager. We missed breakfast once as we were talking to our son and they opened the kitchen to provide us coffee and breads. Definetely coming back.

Dopo un giretto mi hanno portato in camera , dopo 20 minuti ho scoperto che ce ne erano altre 4 vista mare vuote! E ovviamente non me le aveva mostrate in anticipo. Ho chiesto cortesemente di concedermene una ma mentendo mi ha detto che erano occupate! Brutta figura!!! Ci sono delle bici free per andare a comprare l acqua che in hotel sa da detersivo ed è imbevibile, ebbene le abbiamo prese una oltre a non frenare ha la sella che va su e giù pericolosissima guidarla una pesa un sacco e ha il freno a pedale inguidanile e pericolosa anche per gli esperti!! Esperienza sin da subito negativa e prezzo spropositato!!! Non prenotate qui!!!!

The manager was delightful and completely helpful, as were all staff. The accommodations are very private despite being 10 units in a relatively small area. The lagoon immediately in front is wonderful for swimming or kayaking ( kayaks and bicycles available free of charge). We will definitely return. Mo’orea is much calmer and more accessible to water than Tahiti. But as our guide said “Tgere is no party on Mo’orea, so if you need that, maybe Tahiti or Bora-Bora.

Nous avons passé un petit séjour de rêve, au Moorea beach Lodge, situé au bord du lagon, plage sublime ,petit déjeuner presque les pieds dans l'eau, coucher de soleil magnifique et personnel adorable. Nous espérons y revenir un jour Philippe et Martine

This is our second time at this location and we really love it. Ideally located, bungalows have been recently upgraded and we have the ability to share a professional kitchen which is super practical. Kayak are free to use and we’re a few steps away of the lagoon! Safe and beautiful - truly amazing.

Bungalows à rénover et à entretenir ! L’établissement est situé dans un cadre idyllique. Le petit déjeuner, servi à table est très bien. Néanmoins l’état général de la chambre est perfectible. En effet, quand nous sommes entrés dans la chambre : - Mauvaises odeurs, ménage pas fait, linge de toilette noir de crasse (mériteraient d’être remplacés), joins du lavabo et de la douche moisis, la porte d’entrée en vous n’est pas du tout sécurisée malgré la mise en place d’un verrou….. En résumé, il faut envisager de rénover vos bungalows afin que ce lieu reste paradisiaque et bien entendu faire le ménage ! Merci.
