170 km north of Jyväskylä, 170 km south of Oulu, 10 km south from Haapajärvi town center. Hautaperä artificial lake 50 m (width of the lake 1.9 km, length 5 km), shallow water, sandy bottom, jetty, own boat, outboard 5 hp available for rent from the owner.
Log cottage, inside paneled, built in 2015. Kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with convertible sofa bed. Sauna, bathroom/toilet, covered porch.
In addition, separate sauna cabin with steam room, main room and porch. Sauna has wood-burning stove and water heater tank. Water must be fetched from lake. Cabin has electric light and -heating, wood-burning stove, fridge and hot plate, loft with 2 mattresses. Campfire site on shore, gas grill. NOTE! Sauna cabin has NOT be heated for the client in advance. Cottage is located by lake, peaceful, pretty area. Lake is very suitable for fishing (pike, perch and planted pike perch). A couple of little cottages in neighborhood, rarely in use. Child-friendly, grassy yard. The cottage has an air source heat pump with cooling function.
Haapajärvi town services 10 km. Vaskikello 37 km, Pyhäsalmi 40 km.
Pitkäkangas exercise trail, address Pitkäkankaantie 393, is located 5,5 km from this cottage. In summer you can exercise in the nature, in the area e.g. Lohijoki rapids. In winter illuminated skiing tracks and sledding hill.
