We arrived in the evening witj a bus from Hanoi. We were tired from the trip but Kwang helped us really well getting a room the night before we were riding the HG loop. He even suggested a cheaper option. Hotelroom was comfortable for our family. We had a pleasant stay and decent service.

- Phòng ốc rộng rãi sạch sẽ, có chỗ để ô tô sạch sẽ an toàn. - Vị trí nằm trên trục đường trung tâm thành phố thuận tiện đi lại. - View ngã 3 sông Lô rất đẹp và thơ mộng - Nhân viên ít nên không có người chuyển đồ lúc khách check-in check-out - Có buffet sáng nhưng ít món

Een zakelijk hotel maar is heel schoon, prima bedden, ruime badkamer en een uitgebreid ontbijt op de 3e verdieping waardoor je een fantastisch mooi uitzicht hebt op de rivier. Vriendelijke medewerkers maken het verblijf hier tot een goede keuze.

We had a lovely clean and great sized room with a climate of the river. We discovered if you go down to the basement carpark, you can access a deck to view the river. This was a lovely spot. Access to food for dinner at nearby places is OK. The breakfast food was cold and unappealing. Non speaking English staff made questions a challenge.
