非常新的酒店。房間很大，很乾淨。位於格齊拉，距離公車站只有100尺不到的距離，到瓦萊塔，斯利馬都很方便。

Als Stadthotel ganz OK. Highlight ist der Pool und die geniale Aussicht auf dem Dach im 14. Stock. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Dieses ist großzügig, neu, aber auch ziemlich unpraktisch. Es war ein rollstuhlgängiges Zimmer, deshalb auch keine Schwellen und gewöhnungsbedürftig Bad. Fenster nur in einen Mini Innenhof, mit wenig Tageslicht. Keine Aussicht, dafür ruhig. 3. Bett für unseren Teenager war ein Klappsofa und sehr kurz. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht sonderlich gefallen. Alles etwas lieblos. Mit etwas mehr Motivation könnte man mehr daraus machen.

Dovevamo alloggiare in questo hotel 3 notti. Purtroppo il giorno della partenza siamo stati colpiti dall’alluvione (residiamo in Emilia Romagna), ragion per cui non siamo potuti partire, dato che ad oggi tale emergenza purtroppo non è rientrata. Abbiamo mandato più mail all’hotel, spiegando la situazione e allegando foto della tragedia che sta succedendo nel nostro territorio, ma ci siamo sentiti dire che non è previsto un rimborso, punto. Capisco le regole, ma penso che davanti a una situazione del genere si sarebbe potuto avere maggiore comprensione, e venirci incontro almeno permettendoci di poter sfruttare il pernottamento più avanti, una volta rientrata l’emergenza, ma nulla

L'hotel a primo impatto si presenta bene ma durante il soggiorno ci si rende conto di una camera senza aria all'interno di un pozzo luce che luce non ha e di pulizie fatte malissimo. La colazione inoltre risulta sempre la stessa e mai variegata oltre che totalmente di massa

Abbiamo soggiornato otto notti in questo hotel. Struttura moderna, il personale alla reception è cordiale e pronto ad ogni esigenza. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli. Consiglierei di inserire delle mensole in bagno poiché abbiamo dovuto appoggiare a terra nella doccia i bagnoschiuma e anche per gli spazzolini abbiamo avuto difficoltà negli spazi. Consiglio anche di inserire più grucce. La pulizia è più che sufficiente, anche se per cambiare gli asciugamani li si doveva mettere a terra. L’hotel presenta una piscina con vista sulla valletta molto bella e comoda per rilassarsi. Noi abbiamo optato anche per la colazione che dispone di una vasta scelta salata e scelta limitata di dolce. L’intero personale è molto accogliente. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, che è anche in una posizione strategica, vicina alla fermata del bus, al lungomare e a diversi ristoranti e market.

The hotel is really excellent, exceeded my expectations. The staff was very kind and understanding, the room was clean and tidy, it had a good hairdryer, TV, refrigerator and air conditioner, cleaning was also at a very good level, available every day. The breakfast is really delicious, the range of food is quite sufficient. There was a pool, bar and sunbeds on the roof of the hotel, towels were given for free there, you didn't have to buy your own. In general, the hotel rooms are clean, tidy, modern, freshly renovated. The hotel also offers tours for an extra fee, we didn't use it but it seemed very useful for first time travelers to Malta.

We had a really good stay at this hotel! Previous reviews saying the better rooms are with the side sea view are correct and I am glad we booked this! Breakfast was great and very plentiful - even with the various coach trips coming in for breakfast! The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially when our taxi booking was confused on our last day. They arranged a shuttle bus to the airport at really short notice. Thankyou! This hotel was an excellent base for our stay in Malta!

Starting with the pros: - Location is great, near the seafront and ***** of restaurants and cafes that is super convenient - Not too far from the main town in Valetta - Clean and chic interior -Accessible for Ubers/Bolts/Taxis Now the cons: - The hotel does not provide water. No bottled water. None stocked in the fridge on arrival (the fridge was totally EMPTY) and they do not provide ANY bottled water whatsoever - even if you offer to pay for it/put it on your tab. I was told to go to the supermarket instead so made a trip around midnight to carry this back to the hotel, which is pretty shoddy service. The phrase ‘please let us know if you need anything’ was lost on me and the hotel really didn’t seem to have basic services. - The teacups in our room were never replaced with clean ones, in fact they were never even rinsed/washed and my friend and I would return at the end of the day to dirty cups sitting in the room. - The pool area is nice enough but there is very little shade. The parasols were completely inadequate and there was no staff to help you situate this properly. - Iced coffee provided at the pool but no syrup. FYI - sugar from sachets does not dissolve in cold drinks so be prepared to taste granules. - The restaurant does not open for lunch or dinner, just breakfast - Only one hook in the bathroom next to the toilet, so you can’t hang your towel after a shower - Not enough towels provided
