"The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was great, diverse and they always refilled everything so you can sleep in and still get a pancake. The pool was great and the hot tub was amazing. Only problem was that you can’t get to the 3rd floor in an elevator as it goes only to the 2nd floor. The apartment was nice and big."

"What an absolutely beautiful place! A few 100 yards from the train station and within easy walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. The staff were all superb, very friendly and professional. Our room was fantastic. There's a beautiful garden to the back along with an hot tub. You can get drinks from a fridge and just let the staff know what you had later. The breakfast is also beautiful and cooked when you order it. We only stayed for one night on our anniversary trip but loved every minute. "

"If I could rate this hotel higher I would. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Room was newly remodeled, very stylishly and super clean. Location was amazing and the staff was great. The room was very large and had a small kitchen to boot. Parking was in the public parking garage about 1 block from the hotel…cost was about 4.5 euro. Online photos do not do this hotel justice. It was simply amazing. You will not be disappointed. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was very good."

"From the road, it is "just" a front door, as the hotel slopes backwards. However, everything is absolutely top-notch as far as I am concerned. I booked the same day and got a room with a double bed plus a single bed, which was convenient for my situation, as I was on my motorbike with wet gear (tent/sleeping bag/air mattress, etc.). The room, bathroom, everything was clean and tidy. I could unload right outside the door; I left everything at the reception and then took it upstairs. Parking is across the street; it is free from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is a pizzeria opposite, but it was full. Walking to the center/restaurants took about 15 minutes. Breakfast is fine, especially for that price. Eggs, bread, savory and sweet items."

"My husband did not get the ordered meal, it was served 20 min later. It was terrible, I guess the chef wanted to finished it too fast so the meat was not fried well. The chips is better at the Mcdonalds then here... The service charge was 10% that is really high considering we paid 8700.- for 3 jugs of limonade +10% --＞ 9570.- (4 adults, 4 boys) So the total amount was schocking for me. "

"The Wizz Air of hotels. For what seems a reasonable price for a old town hotel one rapidly falls out of love with the various add ins. Parking €8 per night. Not unreasonable. Dog €12 each!!! *** more than any hotel we have stayed in across Europe. So add in the tourist tax and that’s an extra €34.50. Or more than parking 3 cars. If the extra is for room cleaning then it should be one charge. Sadly customer service has not reached Hungary yet despite it being 34 years since the fall of communism. Bah humbug Nem Jo Oh I forgot breakfast is extra too. ripoff"

Very poor breakfast without choice of fruit or vegetable on November. SPA working hours from 2 p.m. till 8 p.m. only. No kettle's, cup in the rooms. No elevator , no tap water from 8a.m. till check-out. Uncomfortable, sagging bad."

"Booked this hotel as we could park our Motorbikes securely in the courtyard. Arrived late and were shown where to put the bikes. The rooms are simply furnished, spotless with air conditioning and a fridge with a number of different drinks. The beds were so comfortable. The hotel is gorgeous, quirkey and the breakfast had a very good selection. The hotel is close to everything and we walked everywhere. The staff at reception were super helpful and spoke English. Only downside is the noise outside your bedroom when we there were kids running riot at 7.00 in the morning in the hall on the way to breakfast. Not the hotels fault at all, just don't expect a lie in. I loved the hotel and watching the bats in the courtyard in the evening and the star gazing."
