Booked back in July which would give the illusion you would actually get the room you have booked. Unfortunately was called two weeks before arriving that they were no longer able to accommodate us in the Cottage due to a “medical issue”, so we agreed and settled to move into two queen rooms instead. Fast forward when arriving at 9pm after a long day of driving and flights and more driving, with two children, we were surprised to find that we were given one room to share, which was so small my face in the double bed was inches away from my sons feet…. Not to mention my daughter had to sleep on the floor with a make do pillow bed, which we only got after calling reception and the after hour number multiple times as no one was anywhere to be seen. The customer service was no existent, and although the women verbal apologised for the mishandling of the situation, she did it with eyes rolling and a tone you would hear from someone lobotomised. There is more I could add in, but it is what it is… definitely would NOT recommend:
