Wells-Ogunquit Beach, Maine is the ideal summer getaway for the family. Unit #174 of Beach Dreams Cottages is a seasonal cottage in a gated community available from mid May to mid October. The Beach Dreams community offers many resort amenities as well as central proximity to the best beaches, restaurants, bars & shopping in Southern Maine including Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, York & Kittery. We are under 1 mile from Moody beach or downtown Ogunquit as well. If you are interested in a day trip we are also a short 1/2 hour drive north to Portland or south to Portsmouth!The cottage offers a main bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a full bed. In the living room there is a full sleeper sofa. Also included are a/c, washer and dryer, eat-in kitchen and a comfortable three season porch to relax on with cocktails and apps after a nice day at the beach. All linens are included in the rental.Rental guests are invited to use the main clubhouse with relaxing lounge areas for reading/playing games. It also has a full gym, arcade and air hockey there for the family enjoyment. The clubhouse has two pools, a Jacuzzi and a kiddie pool with a snack bar open on weekends.
