A professionally-installed dual zoned HVAC system uses two Nest thermostats for each floor of the home. This allows the you to set different temperatures throughout the house. There is also a beautiful gas log fireplace that can warm the soul.*** BEDROOMS ***The house boasts 4 separate bedrooms, with 5 beds in total.Bedroom 1 - The bedroom downstairs features a gorgeous wooden king bed, matching night stands, and dual closets. The bedroom has a French door that leads to the patio. The ground floor also has a guest bathroom and a laundry room featuring new Maytag washer and dryer. Bedroom 2 - An upper level master bedroom with a queen bed and a hammock chair.
