The breakfast buffet was really good. There wasn't too many selection but everything was good. The location is the best, it's connected to Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square , so it was perfect for Black Friday. Although there were 2 days where they missed the housekeeping, but after we called they came the next day. But overall it is good.

Easy check in, customer friendly and nice. No lift, must carry luggage up stairs to the room (2 bedroom penth house), level 1 is king size bed with table and chair with ensuite toilet, upstairs is queen size bed with ensuite toilet. Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

Hotel was in a great location! The breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and quiet, even for our family of four with two jet-lagged kids on the first floor. The only downside was the shower- very little pressure and it never got hot, only warm-ish.

Hotel is clean. Location is good with several good restaurants nearby. Valet parking staff is efficient. Front desk staffs are friendly. The price of breakfast buffet is reasonable. If there is a magnifying mirror in the restroom will be perfect.

Good facility, quiet place ,good breakfast, also impressed with indoor swimming pool.

Esihuoneen henkilöstö on erittäin mukava ja ystävällinen. Huone on melko mukava ja puhdas mutta koko hieman pieni. Ehkä seuraavan kerran varata suurempi huone koko. Aamiaista on melko mukavaa, mutta kaikki ovat esivalmistettuja ruokaa joskus on kylmä ja toivottavasti jonain päivänä heillä on junior keittiö kokki yksinkertaisia ruokaa kuten lentävät munat ja omeletti. Hotelli sijainti on erittäin hyvä ja helppo mennä ulos ostoskeskukseen.

I was impressed with the location, this hotel is very clean, good value, very private.

很新很乾凈，雖然水不免費，但是前台小哥給了兩瓶水。不要跟Bellvue另一家希爾頓酒店搞混了，這家是Hilton garden

Quick to book, at a good price. Facilities and room are pleasent with good beds, and friendly staff. Breakfast offered at an onsite restaurant Be aware it's a standard, quick food preparation banquet style. Bedrooms are large and the hotel is clean, but dated. We stayed in the hotel when it was a Silver Cloud. Worth staying at again for business or pleasure. Good access to all highways and Bellvue propper.

The staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit. Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall. The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.
