Facilities were beautiful, peaceful and serene. Room upgrade was a pleasant surprise with amazing beach views and rooftop terrace. Food was great at Alebrije and good seagull but very few vegetarian options. Location next to beach was amazing but not swimmable beach and a bit far from marina and art walk- drivable. Butlers were nice but variable in the capability and function and I don’t think they added much value as they forwarded me menus rather than providing more nuanced recs- they were helpful with tips on parking in city. Amenities were much fewer than I expected to this high a price! Also at this price point I expect all inclusive. We enjoyed our stay and love Cabo but I honestly don’t feel the resort is worth the high price point. Improve amenities, food choices ( veg) and rethink the butler service and/ or price- to me it didn’t add the value for the price.

This hotel was absolutely amazing—beautifully designed, with excellent service from start to finish. Communication was so convenient; anything we needed, we could simply message on WhatsApp and get a response within minutes. The staff gave great recommendations for activities and dinner spots in the area. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning water views. I loved that it’s adults-only, which made the atmosphere even more relaxing. The hotel also has its own private beach, accessible by a quick boat ride provided for guests. The drinks were top-tier, and one evening there was even a DJ on the rooftop, which created such a fun vibe. The food was also a standout—specifically the rooftop burgers, which were honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time. We felt completely safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during our stay. I would definitely return and confidently give this hotel a 10/10 across the board!

The hotel is quite small and appears to be understaffed. The service certainly doesn’t justify the price. The check-in process was particularly frustrating, as it took a long time and I had to keep asking for updates. When I finally got to my room, it wasn’t the one I was initially promised, and they didn’t inform me of the change until I arrived. (I tipped the staff but he gave me a worse room🤬) I tried to upgrade, but the price they quoted was 7x higher than what the travel agency had offered. When I asked to upgrade through the agency, the hotel claimed there were no rooms available, which I found hard to believe. On top of that, we had to request a toothbrush 5 times before we finally got one after 4hrs. The food service was also slow, and though the presentation of the dishes was appealing, the taste was disappointing. The hotel is spread across a large, hot area, almost like a desert, making it uncomfortable to navigate. The only highlight was the golf cart service, which was both efficient and helpful.

First time staying at the GR Solaris Lighthouse and we had a great time. Great price for an all inclusive hotel with many activities to do around the resort. We weren’t fortunate enough to get a reservation at some of the restaurants at the resort as they were booked out about a week. Food that we had at the buffets was ok. Would definitely go back but I’d encourage everyone to go off resort to find some great local food.

Love this resort. There were a couple inconveniences such as construction right under my room but customer service is unbeatable at accommodating and customers happy. Can’t complain. Can’t beat the location right on the beach and just minutes from the marina walking. Love itttttt.

Just remember, on top of what we are paying for the stay with trip.com, we still have to pay for more charges during check out at the resort. Well it is a vacation club anyway so extra charges on daily basis would be $40USD resort fee, $8USD service fee and $38 USD Cabo Environment fee. Parking is valet system and the resort is gated.  I think it was worth it for a couple of days for us. There are several pools, fire pit and access to a private beach. On some days, beaches along Cabo especially with open sea are not swim-able due to strong waves. We were able to swim in the ocean here due to its location, a mini bay that kind of protected by cliffs.  A beautiful property indeed with the arch view from a corner of the property near the ocean.

This place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

Marina Fiesta is an older (somewhat dated) hotel, but is in good condition. PROS: price if you get a super deal like I did; location near the marina, restaurants and shopping. CONS: probably not worth the higher prices if you don't get a deal. They take all guests to a ”amenities presentation” which is designed to get you to go to a Timeshare prevention. Location is a VERY touristy area, but has good options for eating. Getting room temperature set to comfortable level takes FOREVER and when I arrived it was SUPER cold--finally got it to comfortable but next day housekeeping turned up temp to a very uncomfortable level and it took hours of poor sleep to get to a comfortable level again. Not a bad option but I would not stay there again unless got another super deal.

Instalaciones un poco viejas, pero bien por el precio, el concierge de la categoria altitude, pésimo, no vale la pena pagar mas, por recibir nada extra. Cualquiera puede subir. Ala torre altitude nunca te piden pulseras, salvo para “bebidas premium” que son pocas ademas… Muchos meseros, pero poca atencion casi nula, cero actividades, bar cierran muy temprano, mucho ruido en ciertos niveles por las ventilaciones, el elevador de l torre altitude no funciono 1 dia. Son 8 pisos. Buffete siempre lo mismo todos los dias, las cenas en los restaurantes es lo mismo que en el buffete solo que a la carta y tardas hasta 30-1hr en espera aun cuando no este lleno el lugar, hay que trasladarse hasta abajo del lobby a hacer reservas para restaurantes, con el cocierge en caso de altitude, pero nunca se siente ese “plus” de pago extra, habitaciones pequeñas mas que en ll que de ve en fotos, pero cumplen su cometido. Para temporada alta y lo que se paga, no vale taaanto la pena, para temporada baja y el costo es algo justo.
