"Excellent (and provably the only one) option if you have a layover in TBS. Walking distance from the airport, friendly and welcoming staff, 24/7 restaurant. Clean rooms, access to fresh water, hygienic shower in the toilet. Breakfast was decent, but nothing to write home about. You could ask for a custom omelette, though, that’s always nice. Overall, it was a positive experience, even if at a slightly higher price that you’d get in the city."

"Останавливались в отеле на январские праздники. Из плюсов отеля можно выделить его месторасположение, он находится в самом центре города, прямо на Площади Свободы. Отель чистый, красивый, персонал дружелюбный. На крыше отеля есть ресторан с прекрасным видом на площадь. Но у отеля есть также несколько минусов: ковролин в номерах в грязных пятнах (на ресепшене нам сказали, что знают о проблеме, но к сожалению, пятна не отчищаются), в номере был очень пыльный фен, а также нас очень смутила дверь в ванную (она матово-стеклянная с дизайнерской дыркой вместо ручки и дверь не прилегает плотно к стенам, что дает полную слышимость). Отелем остались довольны, очень порадовал вид на площадь из нашего номера."

"Место положение прекрасное. Центр но не шумно. Все что необходимо (Шампунь, мыло, кондиционер для волос и.т. включая халаты и тапочки а так же специальный коврик для выхода из душа). Персонал очень доброжелателен, вся инфраструктура в пешей доступности. Уборка номера и восполнение рассадников в идеале. Идея о том чтобы предоставить специальную подушку с местом для ноутбука - это вообще гениальная идя (первый раз такое вижу и мне понравилось). Они еще и подумали о том, что кто то может приехать без переходника 220, по этому он тоже присутствует, так же как и зарядка usb. В общем такого соотношения цены и качества я еще не видел (Я вообще редко выставляю оценки на максимум но здесь сделаю исключение). А теперь пожелания (это для того чтоб они стали еще лучше). Очень хотелось бы видеть информацию о завтраках не только мелким шрифтом на конвертике отеля и крупно в лифте, а так же в информационном листе который лежит рядом с телефоном, там же хотелось видеть (телефонный номер ресторана есть) где находится ресторан, время его работы и меню. Далее если есть балкон, почему бы не поставить туда пластиковый стульчик (Это не дорого, но очень удобно. Стульчик можно оставлять в номере - клиент догадается для чего он нужен.)."

"The beds were very clean and the view was amazing from the 10th floor. Our room was always cleaned up whenever we would come back to the room everyday. The bathrooms cleanliness and shower was amazing and very good quality. The staff were very nice and all spoke English, giving us a comfortable and pleasant experience at the Hilton Hotel."

"Hotel itself was fine along with the breakfast. The spa was amazing, but I had 2 big problems with the hotel which is service and cleaning: 1. Cleaning: Rooms were not cleaned 3/12 days of the trip where we had to request multiple times those days to clean and sometimes it wasn't even cleaned properly as the room had multiple dead bugs on the floor, especially under the nightstands. 2. Service: The day I checked out my gold bracelet went missing after the cleaning that morning (my friend stayed an extra day). I dug through trash outside after a long battle for them to take me there. We searched the whole room, I spoke to cleaning and more. As I left (15) I spoke to front desk. On 16&17th I emailed. On 18&19th I called. On the 19th I was finally helped and told that he will finally ask around and email me back. It took 5 attempts for them to start bothering and it has ruined the experience for me. If you go really take care of your belongings, but the location is great and so is the pool."

"Shota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). "I'd have been happy with thsi hotel if not the intoxicating petrolium or gasoline odor that intoxicated my lungs during my one night stay. When I complained to the Front Desk, they didn't even offer another room and I was told off that the furniture smells. I should have checked out to another hotel in retrospect instead of tolerating that toxic stink which was a health hazard for my lungs. I was too stupid and reckless against my own health. I sorely regret this booking."
