"The people who work in the hotel are super friendly, but these things could benefit from improvement: We were surprised that we received duvets without duvet covers, which were not available in the hotel. The blanket that we were provided was smelly and had stains. There were hairs in the shower, there was mold on the glasses that were provided, and the room was filled with mosquitoes. We were disappointed by these hygiene standards. While the staff were pleasant, the cleanliness issues made our stay uncomfortable. We hope management addresses these concerns."

"The property is located on the outskirts of Gwalior 10 kms away from the Gwalior Fort and 12 kms from Jai Vilas Palace. It is a spacious property and the reception staff is welcoming. Since we were 6 of us, we opted for two rooms, both were supposed to be Super Deluxe rooms that can accommodate 3 people each as it has one double bed and 1 small bed by default. The rooms were good, have clean washrooms. But the staff is very lethargic and has a casual attitude towards guest needs. One of the rooms did not have a kettle, material to make tea/ coffee and towels. We had to call the housekeeping three times before it was sent to the room. One of the rooms was apparently an upgrade over a Super Deluxe Room and was called a suite. It was a double room with a small sized swimming pool within the room. An extra bedding was required there and the staff took several reminders for the same. Everyone demands tips at every point which is irritating. Also the mattress given was made out some thermocol kind of material Except for the service the stay was comfortable though as the property is silent. The restaurant serves good food. Gajar Halwa is a must try. Breakfast can have more options. Only 2 items were served."

"Viime aikoina olin iloinen jäädä Hotel Radiance Gwaliorissa, ja minun täytyy sanoa, se ylitti odotuksiani. Saapuessani olin tervetullut lämmin vieraanvaraisuus ja sujuva sisäänkäynti prosessi. Huoneissa oli tilava, hyvin ylläpidetty ja varustettu kaikki modernit tilat, joita tarvittiin mukavaa oleskelua. Sisustus oli kaunis sekoitus tyylikkyyttä ja modernia, joten se on täydellinen peruutus päivän jälkeen nähtävyydestä. Henkilökunta oli uskomattoman kohtelias ja aina valmis auttamaan kysymyksiä. Ruoka sisällä ravintola oli täysin herkullista, tarjoavat laajan valikoiman paikallisia ja kansainvälisiä ruokia. Nautin erityisesti Gwalior-erikoistumista, jotka olivat ihana hoito! Hotellin sijainti oli myös ihanteellinen – helposti saatavilla suuriin nähtävyyksiin kaupungissa, mutta rauhallinen tarpeeksi varmistaa rauhallinen oleskelu. Olitpa käynyt Gwaliorissa liike- tai vapaa-ajan vuoksi, suosittelen erittäin Hotel Radiance. Se tarjoaa suuria arvoja rahalle, poikkeuksellisen palvelun ja rentoutuva ympäristö. Palaan varmasti seuraavalla matkalla! "

The gwalior fort is near by a person can get auto easily just for rupees 100 to reach there, the hotel is veg but if you want non veg food you can order online and eat there hotel staff will provide you cutlery. "Visited this place for lunch at their restaurant swad. We were a group of people and got to taste a number of dishes. Many of them arrived late and some of them did not come at all ! Service was delayed despite us being the only table that was occupied. The premises was clean and the toilets were neat. Staff were sweet."
