ideal for students and low budget couples, clean rooms and privacy respecting staff, deluxe room is more spacious compared to non ac, but personally I'll prefer non ac when looking for a decent place to just sleep

Very bad experience. I booked 2 rooms . Room are all defective. No television in the room. In the next room Bathroom is defective. Intercom not working.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, I knew I had made a huge mistake. The sheets were filthy, with hairs and even blood stains—completely unacceptable and disgusting!
To make matters worse, the commode seat was broken, making it extremely uncomfortable to use the bathroom. There was no lift facility, which meant I had to struggle with my luggage up multiple flights of stairs.
The overall hygiene and maintenance of the hotel were shockingly poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay away unless you want a horrible experience!

The hotel charged me extra ₹400 for the stay as they said they couldn’t give me room at the price I’ve already booked. They also refused to refund the money when I told them that I can’t pay them extra. Pathetic experience

No Maintenance of the room's. Wash room door lock broken. White Blankets have yellow spots and not clean. bathroom commode water switch not working and no hot water irrespective of water heater available. pathetic experience.

I recently stayed here conveniently located just minutes from the airport and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, hygienic and well appointed with all necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
