RECEPTION STAFF (ONE) ARROGANT, & UNFRIENDLY TOWARDS CUSTOMER NON-FUNCTIONAL GEYSER, DEFECTIVE T.V. SET. (MULTIPLE COMPLAINS REMAIN UNAFFECTED)DEAD INTERCOM SYSTEM. HOTEL DIDN'T PROVIDE A SINGLE PIECE OF SOAP DURING MY THREE NIGHTS STAY.
