Collection O 46898 Tanishk Garden & Resort

Booked stay at this property for one night via Make my Trip (got confirmed booking). When I reached the property with family, the gate was closed and there was no attendant at the gate. When I called on property contact no., the person on the other side asked if I had booked online or cash, when I said online he said they don't have any rooms available and hung up on me. I was left shocked standing outside the property with nowhere to go. I called on the helpline no. mentioned on my PNR and was redirected to OYO support. They checked with the hotel and told me it's closed and we can offer you alternate accommodation (which was 25 kms away in Gurugram and made no sense to me as I stay in Gurugram only). After standing outside the property for 45 mins, someone came out and I requested them to let us in as we have made the booking. He flatly refused saying all our rooms are dirty because of Holi festival a day prior, and went inside and shut the gate. I had no option but to go back. This was the worst travel experience I have ever had. My advice to everyone will be not to book at such properties before cross checking/reading reviews on google.
