The hotel room look aged and the bedsheet have too much room to improve. And overall the room doesn’t look like a 5star hotel. Breakfast is good enough.

Das Preis leistungs Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht dieses Hotel ist extrem überteuert. Das Wasser im Pool ist regelmäßig extrem verschmutzt da die Gäste mit normaler Straßenkleidung in den Pool gehen, unter anderem gibt es auch selten Handtücher am Pool. Im Außenbereich ist es fast nicht möglich zu sitzen da alles von tauben zu geschissen ist. Der Fahrstuhl wird zu den Stoßzeiten gewartet sodass *** wenig Chancen hat vom 12. Stock in das Erdgeschoss zu gelangen. Am Frühstücks Buffet ist oft nicht alles verfügbar, der Pizza Ofen ist meist kaputt. Meiner Meinung nach ist dieses Hotel eine absolute Abzocke. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Ländern wie z.b. Thailand/ Bangkok ist dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Als Hilton member war es hier mein erster und letzter Besuch.

the hotel is very well located. The staff is very nice and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. Only drawback is the hotel is slightly old and some of the walls and the facilities show that

Our stay was very comfortable, breakfast spread was amazing.. they really have delicious spread. We requested for late check out and staff was so cooperative they allowed us to check out late too . I will recommend this hotel for stay .

食事(朝食)もまずまずでサービスも良かったと思います。周りに食事をとれる店があまりないのと、舗装されていない道路&低所得者の住居がわりと近くにあり、ロケーションは微妙な感じです。ただ、タクシー利用であれば問題はないと思います。

Nice central location with good amenities, and courteous staff

Great hospitality. The place had a calm, welcoming vibe with soft lighting and clean interiors—nothing over the top, just simple and neat. The buffet setup was smooth, with enough options to keep things interesting. Everything was well-maintained and hygienic, which definitely added to the comfort. Staff was courteous and quick to respond if anything was needed. It wasn’t too crowded either, so it felt like the right balance between lively and peaceful. All in all, a good spot if you're looking for a relaxed dinner with a decent spread. Wouldn’t mind going. Thank you Arun and Arveen

The hotel is centrally located in gurgaon. Staff are very courteous. The chef Prateek is a very nice person. He greeted us every morning at breakfast & made sure we were well taken care of. The hotel also has a pool on the top but pigeons are quite a hazard.

We wanted a customised cake for my son's 18th Birthday. We're grateful to Mr Piyush Rajput for the wonderful , delicious and amazing cake. It was truly a treat! With his skills and creativity , he has made a cake with so much detailing that were only in my mind. Thank you once again for making my son's 18th birthday day so special! Bless you 💐🙏

Pramod ji was such a good person in the hotel. He took very good care of me. He brought everything to me on time. Like good paneer ki sabji and tandoori roti in the food... I am thankful to Pramod ji from my heart. I really liked their habits and honest service

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree in Gurgaon and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was courteous and welcoming especially MS. SHIVANI she is very nice to me and she is given welcome cookies and i really appreciated the signature warm cookie at arrival! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you'd expect from a Hilton property .

Shivani from front desk gives us a warm welcome cookes with a welcome drinks after a long journey. at doubal tree by hilton Sector 56 New Delhi NCR Excellent breakfast options, including hot food served at in restaurant a buffet. shown our beautiful, roomy rooms with impressive bathrooms. Amenity is an enjoyable stay and i am happy to recommend this hotel

It is always a pleasure to stay at DoubleTree Gurgaon. This is one of the well run properties ideally suited for business travel. Staff are very professional and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. This is my 6th stay and I will be coming back in February 2024. Staff are the reason why this place is so successful in terms of meeting travelers expectation. Front office Staff Pia Sethi and shivani, They were always there to assist me whether it is check in, place is spotless and flower decorations in the lobby is amazing. Now, they have reopened the Spa and gym is maintained in top order. Finally, if you are fan of public transport, there is Rapid Metro that connects easily to Delhi Metro at Sikkanderpur Station. Food at the restaurant has lots of varieties and only thing they can improve is the small water bottles served in the restaurant. I know some travelers prefer plastic water bottles buy if the hotel can offer glass water bottles filled with water, most travelers take it (they do it at Ibis Hotel on Golf Course Road). Overall, it is great to come back to DoubleTree Hotel
