very very average overall There is no restaurant available, no bar either (just a basket with some drinks in the public area which they call a bar). Parking is in the public street and not reservable. Limited choice for breakfast. The staff did not know ******* booking rules and claimed I did not pay...

Very quiet place

Perfekt für eine kurze Auszeit. Ich war zum zweiten Mal im Moserhof und war wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Schlechtwetter aber die Sauna und der indoor Wellnessbereich hat uns ‚gerettet‘. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten können optimiert werden, wie zB die Klappliegen im Wellnessbereich die schon ‚durch‘ sind und auch optisch nicht ins ansonsten so schöne, hochwertige Ambiente passen. Das Dampfbad setzt den Boden im Bereich davor unter Wasser, da wäre vielleicht ein zusätzlicher Abfluss wichtog. Ansonsten ist aber alles sehr fein angelegt, der Garten wunderschön und das Frühstück top! Für einen Geburtstagsabend oder relaxen am Wochenende einfach perfekt und sehr charmant.

This was a difficult review to write as the location of this hotel is idyllic in a village nestled among the vineyards south of Vienna and the staff were excellent. However, what we were not told when we booked was, in reality, from Monday to Friday this hotel is wholly focused on providing a venue for training and meetings rather than as a hotel focused on guests who are looking for a leisure break. It lacks the size and facilities to cope with both at the same time. We arrived on a Sunday and thought we had chosen the perfect hotel as we sat out in the peaceful garden next to the pool having been warmly welcomed. The following morning we also had a delicious breakfast in the garden. Having had a busy 5 days in Vienna, we then settled into a shaded spot in the garden with our books. However, we quickly found ourselves surrounded by break out groups undertaking various exercises. In all fairness to them, they were not too noisy and the facilitator did ask us whether they were disturbing us. Unfortunately that all changed with the group of bankers that arrived Tuesday. They were loud and obnoxious to the extent we were driven from the hotel during the day and, on the Tuesday evening, essentially ejected from the pool area by an alcohol fuelled team building event (including taking glassware into the pool itself!!). On Wednesday morning, we were enjoying a quiet breakfast at 0845 - and then the same group descended, occupying all of the tables around us in loud problem solving discussions and arguments. Unlike Monday, the facilitator had no interest in whether they were disturbing other guests or not. Thankfully, the groups on Thursday and Friday restricted their events to the conference rooms although, on the Friday we contended with works and lawn cutting - but only when the group had gone to the conference room! We were clearly not the priority of the management! My message to anyone considering staying at this hotel is that if you intend booking at any time between Monday and Friday be prepared to have lots of activity going on around you and for the possibility of evening ‘team building’. For me, what was supposed to be a relaxing break I felt I was back in the office for at least 3 of the days we stayed there. We definitely got the impression that we were just there to fill empty rooms and that the priority was the training groups. I did write to the hotel outlining our experience after our stay but have had no response.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Landhaus Moserhof! The property is very charming and lovely. The staff was attentive and on top of everything. It was convenient to Vienna but also a nice place to stay on its own. The rooms were clean and pretty and the food was good. I would stay here again!

Just a lovely relaxing place. Warm welcome, comfy room, many services and amenities. The room was so cozy and comfortable with chair and sofa, excellent bed and more. The hotel is close to Vienna but in a quiet village nearby. I really enjoyed my stay!

Wir haben die zwei Tage im Moserhof sehr genossen! Das Ambiente und die Qualität der Zimmer und der Speisen sind wunderbar! Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen im Mai 2022 beim 10 jährigen Hoteljubiläum mit den überaus sympathischen Gastgebern und ihrem netten Team!

This is such a lovely hotel, I recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Gumpoldskirchen. The hotel is beautiful, nice and cozy with a bit of flair, the staff is charming and warm and the breakfast is amazing. They give you great restaurant recommendations (I went to two of them end really enjoyed it) and you have many wine routes to go for long or short walks. Fully recommend this Hotel for a nice countryside/wine-walk escapade.
