Mirada Exclusive Hotel Bodrum yapısal sadeliğinin ardında muhteşem personel hizmeti ile yüksek memnuniyet sağlıyor. Gerek otel müdürü Haluk Bey, gerek restoran müdürü Yusuf bey 7/24 sürekli otel içinde tüm misafirlerle tek tek ilgilenerek verilen hizmetin kalitesini değerlendiriyorlardı. Otelin restoranlarında sunulan yemek kalitesi ve çeşitliliğinin başarılı olmasının altında restoran şeflerinin yemekler hakkında misafirlerden sürekli geri bildirim talep etmeleri yatmakta. Tesisin odaları muhteşem deniz manzaralı ve oldukça geniş ferah odalar. Mini barlar hergün kaliteli içecekler, markalı kuruyemişler ve gofretlerle dolduruluyor. Oda temizliği hergün düzenli ve talep etmeden yapılıyor. Tesisin plajı özel kum ile kademeli derinleşen inanılmaz temiz bir deniz ve iskelelerden oluşuyor. Gerek restoranlarda (özellikle Emin ve Burak bey) gerekse plajda (özellikle İsmail bey) tüm isteklerinizi anında ve memnuniyetle gerçekleştiriliyor. Sahildeki barda Mehmet bey tüm konuklarla tek tek ilgilenerek hazırladığı özel içeceklerle ferahlamanızı sağlıyor. Eylül ayında konakladığımız için otelde gece herhangi bir aktivite olmaması kafa dinlemeye gelmiş olanlar için muhteşem sakin bir ortam sağlıyordu. Umarım ileriki yıllarda bu hizmet kalitesi devam eder ve tekrar aynı tesise gideriz.

To our surprise the hotel has had a major refurbishment including a name change. It's now the Mirada Hotel and Resort. The hotel reopened July 22. The hotel is amazing inside and out, this is.a children friendly hotel, huge pool and plenty of empty sunbeds. The private beach is ace and worth the walk down. We had a great time and met so many lovely people, the food and drink was complementary all day and plenty to choose from, of you don't like the buffet, try the restaurant downstairs. This was a family holiday and everyone at the hotel done everything to make this a special one. Two little bits of advise. When using taxis make sure the put the metre on. We had Claros tour rep, he came seen us on the first morning, booked trips with him, son became ill so needed a doctor, we never seen our rep or money again. Go for a walk first, boat trips etc etc run every day. Have a great holiday...

Tek kelime ile tarif edilebilir rezalet.. personel ilgisiz sanki kimsenin umrunda değilmişsiniz gibi. Para verilmeye deyecek bir otel değil ne yazık ki böyle bir tesisim bu kadar kötü işletiliyor oluşu gerçekten çok can sıkıcı. Otele gidecekseniz evden yemek kaplarına yemek koyup gidin derim zira otelin içerisinde aç kalıyorsunuz. Daha yazacak bir sürü şey var ancak sabaha kadar yazı yazmam gerekiyor..

Отель находиться в красивом месте и шикарном море, и это все хорошее что можно сказать.Все остальное мрак ,начиная от уборки в номере ,еды и уборки отеля, таким хозяевам надо запрещать работать в этом бизнесе ,они только гробят природу,смывая в море продукты жизнедеятельности не радивых туристов и издеваются над еденственным попугаем в отеле,держа его летом в теплице с грязными окнами,если бы не море,то можно обслуживающему персоналу отеля поставить МИНУС ПЯТЬ
