Wow don't know where to start we arrived 1am checked in and we were given a sandwich and cold water to refresh us . Things just got better. Fabulous room 418 really spacious and comfortable. Can't fault the food great choice every day and well prepared and presented. All inclusive drinks were good measures and served between 10 and 2300 ALL the staff were friendly and helpfull nothing was to much trouble. Well done shark club

Excellent hotel, lovely rooms looking onto the pool. Staff can't do enough for you especially Emre and Devrum. We were a party of 4 adults and will definitely return to this hotel. Always something to eat (and I'm picky). Only a couple of minutes walk to bar st. Only negative for me was no option of upgrading drinks as I only drink Captain Morgans spiced rum , (glad I took my own ). Can't wait to return.

We arrived at club Shark in May and to be honest our expectations were not too high. How wrong we were!! This hotel is a precious little gem with a level of service a five star hotel can only dream about. Exception value for money. Firstly we were shown to our room late at night by David and upon opening the door received the WOW factor! The room was a suite which was a total surprise and for the next 11 days our experience just got better and better. All the staff from the management team along with the restaurant staff and up to the cleaners were courteous, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We could see the Shark team work exceptionally hard and it is rewarded by the number of loyal guests returning. The food is plentiful and we enjoyed all the salads and fresh fruit. One Sunday the roast beef was absolutely delicious. Our compliments to the chefs!! The arrangement the Shark has with the Ambrosia Hotel is a delightful experience. At 11 :00 hours a free shuttle takes you to the hotel, which only takes 7 minutes, and returns at 17:00 hours. Complementary use of the sunbeds included just paid for our refreshments, which was no hassle. We would love to return again next year, however, we have probably been spoilt on our first visit. Nevertheless, we have every faith this hotel will keep up the exceptional level of service for all guests to enjoy in the future. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday.

We came to club shark hotel for our holiday this year and we have been treated so well from start to finish. All the staff are more than welcoming. But hands down Devrim made our week bliss, fun, stress free and enjoyable. We had the been treated with the upmost respect, and like royalty, nothing was ever an issue for him to help us with. We will definitely be back. Thank you devrim for making our holiday.

Staff where absolutely great Room was ok cleaned everyday Fresh towels everyday Food was ok as I'm very fussy but always get something David was amazing and really looked after us he was a star Ok time for home and hope to see you all at the shark next year x

Our first time visiting Club Shark. The staff are so friendly , there is nothing that is too much bother for them. Big thankyou especially to Devrim who was our go to person for everything. There was plenty of choice of food available and hotel was in great location.

very clean room with comfortable beds, everyone that works at this hotel doesn’t stop, they try hard to make everyone happy . The food is good and there’s a lot of variety and there is different foods everyday, the turkish theme night was amazing and seeing the culture was great with everybody getting involved. The celebration of birthdays here is great the staff make sure you have a good night on your birthday and one to remember. David is one of the men that work here, he is genuine and makes sure that you are happy and is always chatty all throughout the day

A little gem! Freshened for this new season: rooms painted and new mattresses; tremendous effort by all. Staff pleasant and friendly, eager to help and please. Meals good, a mixture of European and Turkish food. Drinks: alcoholic, soft and tea/coffee plentiful with little restrictions. Beach/sunlounger towels needed or supplied for a fee. Easy walking distance to the beach (it is a bit littered unfortunately). A safe is also available for a fee. Close to the centre with the usual variety of shops. There is a shuttle bus to their own beach at Bitez however food and drinks are not included there. The only concern we had was, if the weather is poor (rain etc), where do you go? The reception area appears to be the only place or your room.
