The property looks quite charming and well maintained from the pictures uploaded on various travel portals. But this is not the case. Pros: - Location is good and nearby to Gondola. - Staff is good and cooperative. Cons: - The property is very old with extremely poor maintenance. The rooms are highly overpriced and is not at all the worth of what you are paying. - Poor bed linens and worn out interiors/ambience will turn you off as you enter the rooms. - The restaurant is quite small and congested. - Quality of food similar to a road side dhaba. Pathetic is the word I would prefer to describe. - Parking space is limited. Only 2-3 cars can be parked inside the Hotel premises. I just kept on moving my car here and there due to parking issues. If you are travelling with a driver, then it should not be a pain. Overall a big no. Think before you book such an overpriced property.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful Rooms are big with old furniture Toilet cleanliness, accessories, toilet roll texture, towels, and basin all have to improve. They are too old and corrode Shower water flow was bad, on off hot & cold not consistent

We had a very pleasant stay in Pine Spring Gulmarg. Service was very good. Mr Arshad with whom I had booked was always a phone call away for any kind of assistance. Room was very spacious with an amazing view. Food was fine could have been better. Staff at the restaurant also were very friendly. Overall good place to stay when in Gulmarg. Definitely recommend.

Nice cosy place in a very convenient spot for ski and gondola ride. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern and aesthetic. The views from room is breathtaking and seeing snow covered afferwat mountains peaks is awesome

My stay at this hotel was simply fantastic! The hospitality was top-notch, with attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and food was amazing, delicious the service was amazing , and the amenities were excellent. Highly recommended for a delightful experience!

With due respect i would love to express my gratitude on behalf of my family.....This hotel is excellent in terms of various services like room service,food service , & especially we love about the behaviour of each clients as well as maneger ....and we stayed 2 days in this hotel pine spring gulmarg in Kashmir ❤️

It’s a good hotel for what you get in Gulmarg! Either you spend that money to stay in hotel like Khyber but if not, this is a good choice. Right next to Gandola, it gives you everything around at walking distance. Food is extremely good. We took the meal plan (breakfast and dinner ) so we were sorted but otherwise food is expensive(goes like 800-900 for a sabji and 1000+ for non veg including starters for a dish). Staff is very good and they are very accommodating and that matters a lot. Shabir, Rafeef (FnB manager) and Kifayat were extremely hospitable. Breakfast and dinner spread isn’t a whole lot but whatever they have is really good. They have good centralised heating system. Linens were ok, towels were not good but we requested and they changed. They provide free food and milk for toddlers. Again, these are not hotels based out in big city so don’t expect a whole lot but for where they are based, it’s good. Also, they have an insane charge of 3k/night for extra bed- even Marriot doesn’t charge that much which was ridiculous. Rest it’s a good hotel

The services are very up to the marks & the rooms are bry nice nd having good amenities and the food are very tasty and special thnks to Mr Faizan and Shahid was very humble and kind towords us and Restaurant team was very fabulous ..we will vist again....this trip was very good nd stay was very safe
