Paradise Isle Resort

The location was great! But our until was extremely small, had a full sized bed, outdated furniture and appliances, sand all over the floor and ants that filled the bathroom. We were in unit 24, but I had seen pictures of other units that looked nice and updated.

Had a condo booked for since Dec 2022 for May 2023. I was just told that my booking was cancelled because it’s a timeshare and is now unavailable. I now have nowhere to stay for my upcoming trip for a major music festival. I had the reservation number, my room number, All costs associated & ameneties in writing just to now be told it’s canceled. I do not recommend booking with Paradise Isle! They didn’t even call me to inform me, I just so happened to call them. I could’ve showed up after a 12 hour drive just to be stranded.

This was not time-share grade property. The unit amenities were sub-par compared with other time-shares. The office staff was not available nor responsive when we left a message about concerns. Simple things like the internet being down, no battery in the clock, a missing smoke alarm, broken floor tiles, not providing toilet paper for the week, and having to pay to do laundry made it feel cheap. The unit was very clean and comfortable.

Paradise Isle Resort is directly across from the beach access. Several restaurants and souvenir shops were within walking distance. The 1 bedroom was just perfect for the two of us. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had very little interaction with the office since we checked in very close to closing time and checked out before the office opened. There are some stairs up to the rooms, a hot tub, and a very nice pool area. All- in- all it was a perfect little getaway from the freezing weather.

The staff is great. Very kind and friendly. I was in unit 10 which faces the street/beach. The unit was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. These are camp like units where the building is on stilts so be aware you have to climb stairs to get to your unit. I left my beach stuff in my car daily as to not have to bring it up and down

Great location right across the street from the beach! The unit was a little dated but well taken care of. We took a wagon and loaded our beach gear in it everyday. The pool on the property was great! We enjoyed our time there very much!
