Parking for 3 cars, 2 in driveway and 1 in garage, street parking is not permitted and will be ticketed by community security patrol Outdoor shower just outside the garage area to rinse off sand, beach toys, beach equipment. Just 5 miles away allows for easy access to the marina's in Mexico Beach and Port St Joe for fishing charters, scalloping, and crabbing. Guests can fish from the beach or the local piers.
