I called the hotel directly to tentatively reserve to room for my definitive travel. They asked for payment to which I assured that I will make the payment by the morning. The staff called and stated that I have to make the payment or else they will not even hold the reservation on a tentative basis. I informed them to give me some time and they said this is the rule of the hotel and they cannot comply with my request. Either pay up now or they won’t give the room. In a way, I am happy that I have decided not to fall in their trap. Wonder how they have been rated for their services if the first impression itself is bad.

I stayed here for 2 days, overall staffs are very helpful and very supportive. I would like thank to bharatesh and shree for good service as well as helping me for catch a auto rickshaw for railway station. Kindly take care about little bit of cleanliness in the public and lobby section.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Mr. Ankit He was incredibly polite and attentive throughout my stay. His timely service and warm demeanor made me feel well taken care of, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I use to come here frequently and as per my observation from last 3 years this is the best hotel to stay. Hotel is located in the heart of the city. I would to thank bhartesh who giving me a good room and taking care of my stay. I would like to thank kavya and sahil for making my stay comfortable this time.

Food service at restaurant is late washroom can be more clean after taking 3 rooms also
charged high extra fee for extra 2 hours 45 minutes after checkout time

Ac was not working, no ventilation it looks like choking and also they charge additional for mini bar items not worth it food is good not recommended

My flight was canceled and i could not make the trip. While the airline refunded the entire cost the hotel guys stuck to the policy and did not cancel the booking and refund at least part if the cost. This is a very bad practice and poor customer service. The business should be ready to make accommodations if such situation on such small percentage of occurances. I would recommend to stay away from such property owners. They don't care for customers.

Worst hotel and the service quality is very poor. Toilet bowl is full of stains and it is so dirty that we can't use it. if you use it you will surely contract infection. on informing the house keeping and reception they had no solution but to say that rooms are sold out and they have no rooms to replace
