Service: The front desk staff was very rude when solving problems. They would only solve the problem if you gave me a good review. I finally understand how this hotel got such high reviews!"

"The location is quite convenient, close to the pedestrian street. Besides the good location, it doesn't have many other advantages, so I don't know where all the positive reviews come from. First, there are no parking spaces; you have to park in the parking lot across the street for 30 yuan for 24 hours, which you have to pay separately. Secondly, and most importantly, the cleanliness of the rooms is a problem. I booked three rooms, and there was a lot of hair on the floor that hadn't been mopped properly. There were many bugs and small cockroaches, and the bathroom was crawling around. The bathroom door wasn't closed properly, leaving a large gap—it was too open. If you can't handle these issues, you can skip it, since the location is an advantage."

"Overall ok stay. However, on my final night there, there was none stop partying till 1.30am. Called the reception since 12.30am to get them to stop the noise but they didn't managed to identify source of noise. Had to go to the lobby and approach the security staff and find the source of noise. Turns out? It was at the top floor (with no guest rooms). It was the hotel OWNER that was causing all these disruptions. As a hotel owner, if you can't even prioritise your guests’ BASIC need to have a peaceful sleep, you should heavily consider closing down your business. PS: Assigned me a room that was not ready on my first day. **** management overall."
