PARKLANE BOHOL RESORT AND SPA

Отличный отель. Не большой , но в этом огромный плюс . Лагуна изумительная, как в сказке . Нет очереди за лежаками и на завтраке . Чисто , персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Расположение - далековато от всех экскурсий (на трансфер пришлось раскошелится ), до порта около 2 часов . Стоимость массажа в отеле 600 peso (стараются, если попросить ). Так как рядом нет ничего приличного в плане еды, питались только в ресторане при отеле . Выбор есть.

If you are a solo traveller, maybe this is not the best place for you. The rooms are OK- cold AC, spacious, good linens (although stained). Shower head is more of like a hose draining water on you in one heavy stream. Resort is currently upgrading the rooms by the cliff that appears to have been devastated by typhoon. No construction works but not good to look at. Pool tiles and grouting are greenish. Wooden deck by the pool is in bad shape- they closed a portion but I would not trust the open portion. Food is not spectacular. Utensils given to me were not washed, sticky rice is riddled with insects weevil, ordinary Filipino fare. Sounds during their bbq night-very tacky. Location is OK but not special. Small cove of white sand at an area good for swimming. First day and it is littered though I saw an elderly staff cleaning it in the morning. Trash brought in by tides accumulate in the afternoon. Also roads from the main high way to the resort is rough so do not spend the evening outside as it will be tricky getting back. Staff- very few try. Majority are snobbish and lack enthusiasm maybe because I am a solo traveller that was why they brush me aside quite often. Save for the elderly cleaners and one FO guy- all of them do not smile and lack the warmth of a hospitality worker. I saw two servers warmly engaging a couple while coldly dismissing me. During my whole stay, this was the consistent experience.

Schöne Anlage, älter Teil der Anlage wird wohl erneut. Zufrieden auch mit dem Frühstück. Leider weit weg von allem sodass man im Resort bleiben muss. Zuwegung zum Resort kann man nicht mal als Feldweg bezeichnen. Restaurant-Karte bietet meines Erachtens relativ wenig Auswahl. Zwei schöne kleine Buchten um ins Meer zu gehen, drei Pools. Für behinderte Menschen nicht zu empfehlen.

There are two pools and one jacuzzi. The location is huge with ample parking space. Rooms are newly built, bed is very comfortable but the villas are still on renovation. They are kind enough to ask if we wanted to be on the second floor or on the ground floor and they granted our request to be on the ground floor (there are only 2 floors). Food is just okay. I think it needs improving especially the breakfast buffet. The beach is so nice! It has white sand and blue waters, the water is cool too but the pool, however, needs to be cleaned properly. There’s a lot of algae on the sides of the dark blue pool and I think they need to work on treating the pool well for healthy reasons of the guests. The staff are so nice and I appreciate them for helping me surprise my husband for his birthday. They also sang for him. Thank you!

My expectations were met. I really had a jam packed month, and I really wanted to take some rest and go somewhere peaceful and stress free. When we got in the resort, it welcomed me with warm hospitality and the place really private that I wanted to stay there longer.

I travel extensively, searching for the finest lodgings, and Parkside ranks very high on my list of stays. Located on the far side of Bohol island you can experience the quiet and laidback feeling of the Anda community. The beach is secluded and easily accessible by guests but only by water for nonguest, so it feels exclusive. If you're looking for Walmart or the hottest nightlife you will NOT find it here!
